GHB seems to be a lil better tho, due to better duration.

And it's easily obtainable.

AND, it's few times cheaper than benzos while being better than them in that matter, being between alcohol (stimulating, having fun, better euphoria than alcohol) and benzos (anxiety relief), AND you remain coherent, AND ghb is "clean" when it comes to toxic metabolites.
 
Judging from my experience, I'd go with the oxy... This statement may or may not be biased based upon any addiction I might have to said substance. ;)

Srsly though, the best way to connect to someone is to just spend time with them. I know this might be hard to believe, but some people don't like drugs, or people that are on drugs. If this person happens to be one of those people, appearing stoned might probably be a deal breaker for them...
 
I'd second that last part of your post. Say if I have an interview or an doctors appointment, or any appointment early in the morning. I am prescribed adderall xr and ir 30mgs and xanex 2mb from my doc. I get so anxious that even when I take the 2mg bar as directed I doesn't calm me down and I am unable to sleep. I value my sleep very much and I feel without atleast 5 hours of sleep I cannot function the next day. With that being said when I know I have to wake up early I end up pulling an allnighter and just pop a couple addys to get me awake to go to my appointment. I end up looking like a complete jackass because I get very paranoid when being looked at directly because the lack of sleep. I get the negative side effects such as dry mouth and shaking. anyways, +1 one man.
 
Adderall IR 30mgs. Santos brand. You'll do awesome, but you wont be able to eat much so try to avoid a big dinner or taking her out to eat a buffet because it'll be awkward when you're trying to force food down your throat and she is getting insecure because she is eating a lot more than you are.
 
In my experience, I've been on GHB and GBL for a little less than 6 months. It's something you have to closely monitor and dose yourself appropriately. If you ingest too much G, then you will go into something I call "gorilla mode" followed by knocking the fuck out straight into REM sleep waking up 3 hours later confused as hell.

Would .5 of k-pins work well with 5 mg of Dexedrine IR for anxiety relief? Or should I change the dosages?

I have moderate tolerances for benzos and amphetamines.
 
I would say Ativan works great............I was prescribed Buspar (dipshit doctor) thinking it might help but doesnt do anything but give headaches, give me a light dizziness & some nausea. Buspar is about as useless...........I will milk my doctor for about 6 weeks & then go back & tell him the stuff doesnt work, could I have something that works within right away instead of waiting 1 to 2 weeks for a medication to start working & all along finding out it is terrible.

I hate telling my doctor that I would rather have Ativan, Klonopin or Xanax because he may think im drunk seeking, grr..........thing is, he wanted to put me on an SSRI for anxiety & having a hard time to sleep. Damn doctors with their SSRI's, I told him I wont take any anti-depressants. I told him I wanted something light that wont make me sleep, so he prescribed Buspar, damn it!

OnCloud9, I don't know what to tell you dosage-wise due to the fact that I do not know your exact, but a combination of Dexedrine and Klonipin sounds fine. If you have a moderate a tolerance to both, I might up the Klonipin dose to 1 mg, and the Dexedrine dose to 10 mg. But that is your choice. Remember to take the benzo before the amphetamine so that you can get mellowed out before going up, instead of going up and then getting a damper put on your amphetamine high.

Good advice Alex.......never thought of it that way where if you take the upper first, the high adding the downer wont be as enjoyable but it makes sense to take the benzo first & than the upper.
 
1rst=> Kratom . Opiate feeling, stimulating and the most social anxiolytic substance i used

2nd => The right benzo. Choose the one that fits on you, not the most sedative and/or the one making you dumb. For me it's flunitrazepam or in second choice Klonopin. You can mix it with alcohol but be very careful. There is a right spot. The goal is to be sociable not to pass out.

3rd=> GHB (gbl if u can't convert it to ghb). I think this is superior to benzo to be sociable or having sex but it is too short acting and u can't redose or mix it with alcohol. And in a lot of social situation alcohol is hanging around. VERY VERY addictive

4th=> Alcohol . Nice cocktails. At right dose is a good social lubrifiant but it makes you feel dumb if you overcome your right "dose". A bit unpredictable. Take chewing gums if you choose this one ;)
 
I find opiates help my social anxiety the most. I've been a hairstylist for years which means you're constantly meeting and talking with total strangers. Although I have always loved the creative aspect of hairstyling, the "customer service" aspect petrified me. Opiates have given me a confidence I'm not sure I would have found otherwise. Benzo's help somewhat but still leave me feeling lethargic while opiates give me confidence, energy, and this certain clear-headed euphoria. The worst part of this feeling, however, is that I haven't found it anywhere but getting high on opiates. And I have created these pathways in my head that make me think I NEED opiates to go to work. To be my BEST. Or do anything social, for that matter. And that part genuinely sucks.

Thats the trade off & if it makes your life living better, then its worth it imo.
 
Or you can go off the grid and just bring some DMT with you....because nothing helps any kind of problem with some DMT...

IMO the best drug for social anxiety is no drug. If you start to use a drug for social anxiety, you'll become dependent on it for this purpose, and then trying to function in social situations will be that much harder without it. Just push through uncomfortable situations and you'll be better at them, and the confidence gained will be genuine, not drug-induced and fleeting.

There are some benzodiazepines (drugs like Xanax) that give me MORE anxiety... one being clonazepam. I imagine the rest of the nitrobenzodiazepine series to do the same to me, so I will never try nitrazepam nor flunitrazepam based upon how clonazepam has effected me in the past. :)

However, doesn't Scotland have cannabis illegal? That's probably why you get anxious on it. If I was running around stoned all day every day like I used to in Virginia, it'd make me more anxious too! Because you don't want to go to jail. No one does!

Now that I have my medical recommendation in California, I'm sure I'll never go to jail for smoking cannabis, even if I was in a car (I don't drive anymore) or walking on the street/side walk. %)

I don't think anxiety from marijuana is a paradoxical reaction. It's extremely common. Just have a gander at the CD forum. I'm pretty sure there are multiple mega-threads on the topic of marijuana-induced anxiety.

Im surprised more people didnt suggest CLONAZEPAM. Its stronger than ativan and lasts way longer. Take 2mg of Clonazepam and ur anxiety will be no more.
 
Holy crap! I opened this thread expecting someone to have said what I use for social anxiety already!

Lyrica and Vyvanse.

50mg of Lyrica and 60mg of Vyvanse in the morning. It works absolute fucking wonders for social anxiety. Neither of these drugs have very bad withdrawal symptoms either. The vyvanse may give you a little bit of a down feeling and a headache for a few days if you stop using it, but it really isn't all that bad. It is definitely NOTHING compared to withdrawing off of opiates or benzos that's for sure.
