Benzos Shooting benzos is stupid but...

If your doctor wants to give you something to aid your sleep problems, would he consider giving me Alprazolam... or Zolpidem, as I heard IVing this also causes a very good effect. My doc is discussing with me about giving me Lorazepam or Immovan (Clonazepam) which i already have access to from the medecine cabinet here, maybe I could point her somewhere else that wouldn't cause suspicions?

BTW : I did shoot up 2mg Lorazepam last night, when I woke up, I don't remember how I even went to bed last night, was pretty sedating but not the kind of feeling I'm looking for and certainly has nothing to do with when I take them orally or nasally. Totally different effects.

I did simple procedure

-crush
-mix with water
-boil in spoon
-add 1/8 of propylene glycol
-mix throughly
-cotton filter
-shoot

It didnt burn or anything I just felt like the blood I pulled to make sure I was in a vein was thickier due to the density of propylene glycol I guess. I really have no idea what of fillers got through this procedure... I hope not too much.

I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic but, I think the damage isn't in the immediate form, like JSPete and Captain.Heroin said, they will damage you in long term, and can add up to everything else to cause RD and PE later.

Thing is I do have no immediate signs that anything went wrong, but I am certainly not using this fact to convince myself its not harmfull, I know it is, I do it at the best of my knowledge to avoid hurting myself too much.

At this moment, my DR wants to prescribe me some sleep-aid medecine... Which one should I ask for in order to get maybe an IV rush... euphoria, sedation, and feelings that get close to opioids if possible. What do you guys take, and what does it do. I heard Xanax, alprazolam, zolpidem, are thoses things i could ask to help me sleep, which one is better ? (or something I didnt name)
 
trying to get an opiate high from a benzo is only ever going to leave you disappointed. and if the solubility is .08mg/ml are you doing a 25ml shot for 2mgs? wtf?
 
Ive heard of people shooting up Xanax & they said they liked it, so..........if you can ask your doctor for whatever you want & he will give it to you, then I would look into the best benzo possible.

I was introduced to the stuff in a social setting, and everyone snorted it. Even when I found out later that it was a bad idea I continued to do it, I guess I got addicted to the whole process/social aspect of it. I don't rail them anymore, but I put A LOT of APAP up my nose for a number of years so I know a thing or two about doing dumb things. :)

I didn't mean to come off as preachy, as I could see how someone could get addicted to the process of shooting up like I did with railing substances. But I'm a believer that you need to pick and choose what you're putting into your vein/nose. I decided to stop railing APAP because it was bad for my health, and eventually I had to stop doing the IRs too because my nose was just all fucked up. I lost my favorite ROA because I overused it, and made bad choices about what I put in there.

With IV use the dangers are magnified so much more. I stayed away from it out of fear that I would like it too much and no drug would ever be as good any other way after that first rush. I just don't think its safe to inject a benzo, or any pill really, of course I don't think injecting street H is safe either but I understand why people do it.

Look at it this way, if you only have say 1,000 shots in your life before you're doing damage anyway, would you waste a portion of them on xanax and H20 when you could be injecting something much better instead? I know if I ever tried a needle there would be something that's worth my time in it.

I hope that if the OP does go through with this that he finds the advice to do it as safely as possible here. The fact that he posted in the first place shows that he's smarter than the average bear.

Nah you came out fine, Thanks for the advice, I guess I'll ask my doc for Xanax or Midazolam, But I'll read on the effects first, I'm used to the opioid rush and high, I know from smoking pot that dumbing drugs and dissasociatives aren't for me and I've never done GH or amphetamines so I dont know about uppers, how would one describe best what kind of effect they get from midazolam and Xanax, I though Captain.Heroin had his word to say on Xanax IV Ain't I right?
 
benzos will never give you what your looking for in an opiate rush... they are good at what they do, but they don't touch the same receptors. only GABA.
 
no. just take it orally. the only benzos that should ever be injected are those prepared for injection. ativan especially is one that is not going to act in any way if you try to use a tablet anyway. the way it is prepared for injection, it must remain refrigerated until you are ready to administer it. bioavailability is high with oral. i believe ativan also makes sublingual tablets for administration under the tongue- this area is rich in capillaries and can absorb the lorazepam directly into venous circulation. which is the intent of the "wafers"-- which now that i think about it, it is actually klonopin that manufactures the wafers, though, in theory, ativan would do the same thing.
 
^ Lorazepam does make a sublingual tablet, so you were right the first time. Klonopin has the wafers as well, and even alprazolam has an orally disintegrating tablet under the brand name Niravam.
