Help I'm worried (skin reaction after IV cocaine)

I was shooting up cocaine and around the area I injected it got red and kinda looks like a rash but doesn't itch or anything really unless I rub it it's about 4inches in circumfrence (I think that's the word for how wide it is from one side of a circle to the other... That or diameter) but yea anyway does anyone know if that's bad or what could have caused it? And would I be ok if I used the same stuff again??

Ah please help someone I get overly worried about this stuff and I might be psyching myself out but better safe then sorry.

I would suggest you see a doctor to make sure its not an infection growing. Good luck. Also dont scratch it and let us know how it turns out if it goes away or turns worse and what you do. Concerned about tou hope you get help :)
 
I'm guessing, obviously but I think it may have Levamisole in it, it seems allot of coke has this in it from source at the moment which is causing all sorts of unpleasant problems the world over.

MY advice would have to be don't shoot anymore the stuffs pretty nasty, I'm off to work now so I'll leave you to check it out online but I wouldn't go shooting anymore of that shit, not even sure you can wash it up.
 
Absolutely don't shoot any more of that batch!

What you could do, is wash it with methanol (methyl alcohol) - quick research online shows cocaine is soluble in water and ethanol (depending type, but an acid / base switch can be done to get it in the proper format), and levamisole is soluble in water and methanol. This means that the levamisole will get pulled out by the methanol leaving the cocaine behind. You'll likely have to do another wash after, I'd go with water (at least once), to try and pull more crap from it.

Sadly, as atm said, the supply is very poor currently, so you may end up with just about nothing after ^ procedure.

Not to be demeaning at all:
circumference: distance around circle
diameter: distance across

(A 4" diameter red-mark on your skin is definitely a cause for concern.)
 
I'd definitely stay away from the rest of that batch..

Keep a close eye on it - if you are at all concerned then it is best to get it checked out by a doctor. Hopefully it will settle down but if it becomes painful, swollen, hot or the red area increases then it might be infected/developing an abscess so get it checked out immediately, same if you start to feel unwell at all. Good luck!

Wow that guy was useful... Too late I already did guess im asking to die thank you for your rudeness champ... It went away within a couple hours and I tried a mild shot after and it didn't happen again. Thank you all :) I just get overly worried
