A few hours ago I have bombed 130mg of o-dt which was the last remaining bit of my stash. I currently have no means of obtaining any more, and besides that, a break from the stuff is well overdue. I have been taking 150-200 mg every evening for the last month or so. And for the last couple of weeks I have been waking up with withdrawls so have been taking 50 mg (increasing to 130 mg on the last few days to use it up to so that my withdrawls will co-incide with several days off work that I have coming up) first thing in the morning. This has kept me going until midday when i have been re-dosing another 60 mg (again increasing to 130 mg on the last few days to use it up). Then in the evening i have been taking 150mg - 200 mg to get properly high.

I expect i am going to have at least fairly harsh withdrawls. After previous runs of daily use of between 4 to 10 days the withdrawls have been quite bad. I havent considered tapering as this seems to me to just be a method of prolonging the pain IMO, I'd rather just get it over and done with as quickly as possible. On previous withdrawls I have used etizolam and stimulants to ease things and give me some energy which did seem to help. The stimulants I'd used on those occasions were Modalert (a cheap generic version of Modanifil) or 4-mec.

This time round, I've got 1g of PV in specifically to give me some energy during the withdrawls and to help the time fly by (this is one effect it consistenly has for me). Since then though I've learned a couple of alarming facts.

1. Blood pressure can 'sky rocket' during Opiate Withdrawls.

2. MDPV has been linked to deaths in "MDPV overdose cases, the drug elevates the heart rate and blood pressure to the point where the victim's breathing simply shuts down because of the overload on the system."

Up until now I had rarely been able to control or limit the frequency of my dosing and re-dosing of PV. Now that I'm aware of the dangers listed above I'm certain I'll be able to stick to a dosing schedule that is perfect for me to get a lift without going into uncomfortable/overdose territory. This is about 4-6 vaped hits per hour.

Not totally sure why I've posted all this. I guess I'm just looking for feedback (even if its to say "are you a fucking crazy stupid idiot" but hopefully any comments will be slightly more constructive than that) and or support. Or to find out if anyone has tried anything simillar, and what were the results...

I've also got some Pregabalin 75 mg capsules in as I hear these can help with Opiate withdrawls. I've only taken the things on a couple of occasions so far, so I havent as of yet really worked out or understood the effect the things have on me.

Thanks.

mdpv is a dangerous drug on its own. opiate withdrawal isn't going to make much of a difference regarding it's effects.

you will probably feel a lot worse after you use the mdpv. i would suggest using it only a couple days.

youre going to need healthy food and sleep more than anything. mdpv is going to make that nearly impossible.

A friend of mine successfully used small of mdpv over a period to get off of suboxone. Apparently it killed almost all of the physical symptoms, but the trade-off was constant paranoia/risk of delusional states.

I can also attest to dopaminergic stims having a substantial impact on the physical symptoms of WD. But of all the stims out there I'd say that mdpv is one of the most dangerously unpredictable. I would advise against using mdpv, the risk to your sanity with daily use is just too great.

Thanks for the replies. Yesterday was day 1 o-dt free and what a long and miserable day it was. The pv did not give me any lift whatsover. My mood probably would have been very depressed anyway but the pv just seemed to add to it. Not sure if i was imagining it, but even taking it easy on the pv it felt as if my blood pressure was dangerously high. I decided that the pv was a very bad and stupid idea and that it was probably interfering with my bodies restorative processes so flushed all of it by about 6pm...Unsursprsisngly i have very little energy, am constantly on the lav, feeling the chills and aches. I have found that etizolam have helpded lift my mood significantly, but they are probably also adding to the lack of energy. Tried a couple of 75mg pregablins, they just made me feel very spaced out, though i think they helpded me have a very long sleep. All in all things arent going that bad now, im able to watch (and get some enjoyment from TV shows) so i feel as i im getting off relatively lightly.
