Opioids 200mg codeine combination with "seroquel" 25mg ?

It would just cloud the codeine high. Codeine is a great, natural high by itself. Especially if you have a low tolerance. Do not ruin it by adding a psychiatric medicine.

Ive done my seroquel now, I normally find that the sedation kicks in after an hour, so can I just wait until the sedative effects are gone and do the codeine? because last time I did codeine by it self (90mg) I became really anxious and paranoid, properly not directly related to the codeine but still. I have hppd, so thats proberly why.

Yes, for depersonalization/derealization and hppd. (it hasnt helped tbh)

Do the codeine tablets you have also contain caffeine? If so, I think we've found the culprit for the anxiety and paranoia.

Although I have little faith in psych meds, it certainly will not help (and may exacerbate) your condition to misuse it.
