My buddy has one of these and we always hit it when all the buds get together . We fill up one bag or bowl each and it gets us niceley ripped .

I have a box vape at home also which I paid half the price for . Everything is around the same except for a few things .
1) the tower heats up sooo quickly its unbelievably .
2) I find the temperature setting is very accurate unlike my box where i find the temp gauge isn't accurate .
3) the fan in the vtower is pretty dope
4) filling vape bags is so nice .
5) that light on the bottom is pretty cool too =P especially in the dark stoned haha
 
I've had my Vapir NO2 for a few weeks now and have put it through it's paces, and I've got to say this thing is one nice piece. I read a lot of bad reviews about Vapir's other products, but it seems they weren't lying when they said they designed the NO2 from the ground up to resolve customer complaints from other models. While it is made of plastic which makes it feel kind of cheap, I haven't had any problems with it so far and when you screw the top piece on, it doesn't feel like you are in danger of breaking anything as it seals with only a quarter-turn.

The heating mechanism only takes about a minute to heat up while plugged in, which is nice because you aren't sitting around waiting on it. I almost always vape with it plugged in, although at work I will let it heat up plugged in then pack it and walk around the building vaping so I don't build up smell in one area. It takes some getting used to, but vaping gets me just as high if not higher off a smaller amount of bud, plus there's the leftover guts to do with as you please, so I'm one happy vaper.

The only complaint I have about the NO2 is that you can't pre-pack the bowl - you have to heat the thing up first then open it and dump your weed in, and it starts vaporizing immediately. It only takes a second to pack the bud down and get the top on, but I would rather be able to pack it and then begin heating it, but since this isn't suggested it's a small price to pay.

I've heard good thing about the Launch Box, but if you're thinking about ordering a Vapir NO2 for your portable vaping needs, you will not be disappointed: Vapir got it right on this one despite their bad reputation in the past, and for under a bill online you can't go wrong.

Yes but only if I intentionally vape way too much when I have a low tolerance. It's sort of like when I was into smoking herb and I'd either smoke way too much alone or I'd smoke with a friend who had a tolerance and he'd just get baked while I got extremely stoned.

I actually like the psychedelic effects of herb but it can take some time to figure out how much is too much.

Can't you go outside for a bit with your small pipe or one hitter? I used to do that all the time when I was a teenager and living at home no matter what the weather was.

Unfortunatley not . Im currently living at home and if my parents smelt it on thy breath or the smell of burnt weed in general which they find vulgar, they'd be quite pissed . And tbh its their house at the end of the say so I should respect the few rules they have .

Also...

I guess it could be when you vape your getting mostly THC and not much relaxing anxiety reducing CBD (cbd is released at higher temps like when ur smoking weed) which probably explains why the vape high isn't good for anxiety relief and if anything can make anxiety worse .
I love vape so much and the idea of it being clean . But I love my CBD haha . I could turn up the temp in my vape but then I'd just be burning my greens which obviously isn't vaping .

Cleaned Iolite Vaporizer with nail polish remover. Is it safe to use 4-7 hours later?

Well I'm an idiot and cleaned plastic and metal parts of my Iolite with nail polish remover. I a nail polish removing rag and I rubbed it all of my Iolite. I heard it can eat away at the plastic as well.

When will it be safe to use and how will I know if it's dangerous? How long does it take for nail polish remover to evaporate? I.e. taste, smell, lighted, etc.

Thanks a lot and please help me out. Any knowledge at all is useful.
 
If you can't see any physical damage to the plastic, I wouldn't worry much about it. And it evapourates fairly quickly, so if its no longer wet to the touch, you're good.
 
I've been a proud owner of an Arizer Extreme Q for just about a year now and I am not disappointed at all.

I usually have it set to 230C, sometimes higher, but never lower.

Everyone's opinions in this thread are a little confusing, is it the lower the temperature the more of an energetic high and the higher the temperature the more couch-locking of a high? Also, is it lower temps that THC is vaporized at and higher temps that CBD/CBN are vaporized at?

Also, what do you all think the best temperature to vaporize kief would be?

i have the arizer v - tower. Not the extreme one.
That is fan assisted i believe? Mines not, i think the non fan assisted ones require a bit more lung work but save you weed in the long run.

I tend to set mine at 195. No higher. Sometimes 190 if its not freezing cold. You just have to remember to give it a chance to heat up, i let mine sit for 10 - 15 minutes before i plonk the weed in it.

I really enjoy using the vapourizer, nice to take a few big hits, turn it off , Empty the partially vaped weed on a piece of paper, then come back to it an hour and a half later.........
can waste many days like that though, Lolz
 
Yes, the Extreme Q has a fan inside, I rarely use it though. The only use I see for it is filling bags, no real use with the whip in my opinion.

I'm super impatient I turn it on, load some bud in it and start ripping right away, before it even heats up.

I'll try using it at a lower temp later today.
 
So I tried it at 190C .. I'm high. Only put about .15 in the bowl and I've been ripping it for about 20 minutes. I'm just starting to move the temperature up a bit. Should I even bother?
 
i put mine at 195, then drop it down to 190 (leave it on for about 15 mins, give it a proper chance to heat up)

Then i take 3 big long hits, then turn it off. Put the partially vaped weed in a piece of folded paper, then come back and rehit it in a bit :D

Also i find vape hits take a while then they hit you... When i first got the vape i did like 8 big hits then went Oh shitt and had to lay down, then i fell asleep lol
 
extreme Q just got delivered, should be waiting for me when I get home. Cannot fucking wait! Anyone have any important bits of wisdom for a new vape user?

Note to self, when people say to set it to 190 they mean Celsius, not Fahrenheit. No wonder I wasn't getting any smoke

I can set it to Fahrenheit or Celsius. It tasted absolutely amazing at that temperature, very floral and fruity, no smoke or high at all though. I took one deep hit at the correct 190 celsius mark this morning and was very pleased, can’t wait to try a few hits tomorrow night.
 
Does anyone know how long you can leave a vape running safely? I read the entire manual and checked various wiki's and there is no solid answer. Could I safely leave it running for 4 hours or is it better to keep turning it on and off?
 
^ i am wondering the same thing about opium.
i have a nice lump and a vapir n02.
i would love to be able to vape the opium properly (i assume this would be a lot better than putting it in a bowl and combusting or smoking off tinfoil) but i'm worried about the O melting and fucking up the inner workings.
would there be a safe way to do this? like putting a little ball of opium on top of some weed and vaping at a low temp, or should i just play it safe and keep this very expensive implement for buds only? it's not a desperate query, but if anyone has any experience i'd like to hear it.
