Your favourite tunes for the mdma peak?

I would have thought That Liquids Swet Harmony would be up their 4 you ?

I think it's got all the right ingredients , slightly slower tempo , extended Piano break it was always a tune that would smash a rave n bring some folk to tears.

Re. JX i listened to the Son of a Gun tune t'other day n thought it sounded pretty shite tbh it's not aged well at all .

It's more of a club tune really than a rave tune n i never been much of a Night club type person , unless it was Golddiggers in Chipenham back in the day 1991 /95 but that was a rave that just happened to be in a club.

Oh n the Brunel Rooms in Swindon that was decent when they had good promoters doing a night.

TBH Brimz I could sit here and list them all night I don't really have a favorite, the music moved and changed so quick I have gigs of the stuff.I did go to Labrynth in Dalston a fair bit but it was mainly the local system, the Exodus Collective that I went to on an almost religious basis and so many tunes still give me a rush even now, here's another few:-

wippenberg - neurodancer

and another for good measure !

Nexus 6 - Tres Chic

ohh and another

Neuromotor - Funky Bisto

and for the real early stuff hardcore wise

noise factory - can u feel the rush

I've gone a bit over the top there ....to late now:D

Ya I would try any type of music and have done. good music is good music Its a kicked to death stereotype thinking you need dance music for mdma

Anyone like the MDMA peak who doesn't like dance music?

You do have a good point for me the synergy of the rave environment (of the '90's anyway) and MDMA is really the buzz the few times I've taken MDMA outside of that environment I found it lacking.

I once did a survey and calculated I'd taken at least 500 pills over my "career" (which ended pretty much ended in 2000 and I now haven't taken MDXX for about 6 years) of all of those I'd say less than 20 would have been outside of a club or rave.

I don't even come up properly without dancing on it, for me the 2 experiences are different so my answer is more based on what tunes i liked to hear at raves whilst peaking so in many ways can be considered biased.

Obviously purity has an influence as well;)
