I Wander Aimlessly, Carelessly
I'm really into arts and crafts and making my own fun clothing to wear when I'm rolling and was wondering if anyone makes anything cool or has anything that they love to wear when they roll?

Tell me if you like my designs, and if you have any cool ideas you want to see me try to make! I'm looking to make quite a few things for my burning man excursion this summer/fall. :)

Here are some of my pics:
I just finished this vest last night, there is a red zipper up the left side and it has hidden flat stash pockets. Will take some pics and post details of them if anyone is interested, they're cool sneaky little pockets.

Here you can see how I made the vest, in two separate pieces and then sewed them together. The inside of it is a thin microfiber fleece, amazingly soft and amazingly warm.

These are not yet finished, I am still waiting on more mirror pieces. So far they weigh about 5-6 lbs, I'm anticipating them being near 20 lbs when all finished but will be so fun. I'm going to try and somehow incorporate them into my lightshows to give them a unique edge that I've never seen anywhere else.

And of course, a spirit hood! Kind of hard to tell, but it has long (about 12" on the left and 16" on the right) rabbit ears on it and my friend's is a raccoon.

That's really cool- I aspire to be more crafty myself. The green fur looks like it feels great.

I'd say it's the softest fur I've worked with yet, really quite smooth. You could do stuff like this too, the patterns are all fairly simple (for instance I used a regular t-shirt as my vest pattern) and I use the most basic stitches in sewing the pieces together. I just recently got a sewing machine though, so it has sped up the process a bit.

Holy crap those are awesome! Nice work!
Thanks, thanks! :)

Wow! Super cool! I love your friend's outfit, as I also love raccoons and rainbows!! <3
Her rave name is Raccoon Girl, she goes by RC. I will pass that along to her!

You'll definitely be the belle of the ball my friend!!!
Heheheh thank you much :)

I dig the mirror shorts
My first time mirroring anything, I wasn't sure how they'd turn out. I am thinking of doing a shirt and possibly mirroring one of my bandanas that I use as a headband.

Any of you have any ideas of things you'd think would be cool to wear/see someone in? I want ideas! :)

All I can say to that one cowboy is. I just can't make heads or tails of it. You will def be a show stopper so work that run way like you own the place
