Re THe Emporor jacket .

it nice but my Ma has something very similar she aquired recently .

This is no diss as she Makes her own clothes or used to when she was younger she still gets stuff from charity shops n modifies it her self thus making it unique n yeah tweed is in so i have ben told.

YPDH i think u n my Ma would get on really well honestly !!
She's cool n very openminded for fuk sake she has put up with my antics for years so has to be a bit liberal about things ;)

My Mums really creative with clothes too Brimz..I love her style.. Your mum sounds lovely.. Has she ever tried to sell her creations?

Just off for my first wee since the leak drama...

:)

Nah she doesn't need to but she always does stuff for her freinds you know making boring stiff more intresting .

I rarely buy clothes from high street shops the exception being footwear .

My Ma taught me all the proper brand names decades ago n i can go in to a charity shop n not even have to look at the stuff just gothrough the rack using the sense of touch to find out what is of decent quality.

I'm a pro charity shopper %)
But don't ever take me to a shopping mall or whatever those fiendish fowl places are called imo if you have to shop their for an outfit or clothes to wear on the daily then you have been brainwashed by society !

Disposable clothes like.. primark.

I'm loving the whole bombshell..WW2 look at the moment. Ive been looking for a trench coat
on ebay... Ive already got a couple of wool military coats that I love but I'm after
a navy, belted, trench coat mac if you know what I mean :)

Khazees just arent what they used to be..

I was just wondering what you dress like Brimz.. Have you got a style?

I'm practicall
today it was driseling/raining so i wore

CK Dark Blue standard cut jeans
T Shirt i've jhad 15 years it's well nice horizontall stripes
Long sleave FCUK T Sirt on top n a Quick silver hoody fawn colour
With my trusty North Face jacket one of the few things i have bought new , it was £175 from £300 in 2002 n is still fine it's green n blue btw
I went for my Nike air Trainers as trhey are well comfy it was a choice beetween them n my Rockport Gore Tex Boots they are about 6 years old but quality stuff lasts

So no i don't have a style as such i just like to look relatively smart & have no desire at all to fall in to any category such as Goth , Chav etc....

omg i just realised Ive been listening to Phil Collins.. the sick djs must have thought it was funny to play a medley of 'Invisible Touch', 'Easy Lover' followed by Diana Ross 'Chain Reaction'... And I couldnt get away I was having a serious conversation on the phone..

Re clothes.. Yeah I think its worth spending a bit of money on something classic.. I have an
eye too Brimz.. I was dragged around Jumble Sales every weekend when I was a kid.. There
was often 4 generations of us supping tea and dipping biccys in the village halls. Now I earn my money buying and selling vintage and 20th century antiques...

The plumber ( with the gold earring) grabbed a bowl to catch the shitty leak.. and it was
a bloody Clarice Cliff piece of pottery! .. Philistine! .. Habitat or Ikea yeah.. whatever catches the piss.. but not an iconic objets d′art.
