Opioids Tylenol in hydrocodone tablets

Why do most people I talk to think that the higher the Tylenol content with hydrocodone makes it work better? I mean I know Tylenol is good for pain, but it is not a potietiator (sp?) with the med. As far as I know they use it as a buffer to "prevent" abuse. Any thoughts??

No the OP has a point. People were always coming up to me (neighborhood junky) and going yo, I got these 500mg hydrocodone tabs. It's not that they think the Tylenol potentates it, they think that's the amount of hydrocodone in the tablet.

I did a CWE for 30mgs of hydrocodone & drank it, it was definitely a better kind of high & the high was more profound..........when Zyhydro comes out, people will fall in love with them like they did with OC's..............as for the Tylenol in the hydros, it does take away the pain better but doesnt make the high stronger, im sure of that.
