I not too bad thankyou! Hope your doing good? Any ideas what sort of sofas your looking for? I was gonna get one of those corner jobbies before I found my current furniture, the corner ones feel really social.

I'm good thankyou too. I'm not too sure, the comfort thing is important, we currently have leather ones that look good but there's no support left in the seats and they give me a sore back grrr...hopefully something the cats won't scratch either, though that's probably too much to ask for!

Monday's off are always a bit suspect, do you make a habit of it - if not you're probably be fine with work, though everyone will ask about the relative...these kinda lies go on and on.

Go for a hot bath, try to relax and eat something - I'm really not sure about the trams, are you experienced with them / know how to safely dose?
 
^ 400mg/24 hours is the recommended max dose, otherwise you risk seizures.. although it is variable, people have seized on less or taken more and not (not advised!)

I want to go and hide under my duvet too :( Got so much to sort out today, and feeling a tad fragile.. bleugh.

Mostly though I am fucking freezing! Maybe it's time to bite the bullet and get the storage heaters fired up.. booooo.

Edit: Morning effie, get in your slanket and ramp up the heating - tea & toast for extra cosyness. How's being back home? I'm doing really well thanks, been on the up for a few months now, feeling a lot better for a "less drugs n' booze" approach.

And thanks for the tram advice, I know nothing about it. Poor joe.
 
ya i did..only went out for a few drinks arrived some 2 days later + she doesnt like drugs esp what they have done to me at different times over the years

Tramadol - are basically codeine so not a paticularly strong opiate - however that depends on your tollerance. If you dont take opiates/opiods daily or often then 1-2 would do the job, but it depends on what effect you want i.e. headache, sleeping aid etc as its prescribed for pain its properties are tied to this.It has a short 1/2 life (about 6-8 hours) so you can take them a couple of times a day but they arent a miracle drug and they may be better things for you to take depending on what you want ...

Whoops-a-daisy, Joe, hope you're picking up (I mean mood, not scoring more drugs).

I personally wouldn't take Tramadol in the aftermath of MD because you're trying to get your serotonin levels back to normal and Tramadol will (I think) cause you to release a load more so you might be in for an even shittier couple of days as well as increasing your chances of things like brain zaps and sleep paralysis. Up to you though as always.
 
Thanks all for ur help..I wanna take them to get a bit out of it to not have to think..I was worried becuase i took a shed load of coke n mdma ove the weekend..just took 250 mg so i should be fine.special thanks to kate btw

Fukin skint this week 4 real , i got about £3.
Luckily i have plenty of food n that.
Gonna struggle with only half oz of bacy though , oh n i got 4 cans of cider in the fridge from last week.

Luckily i'm busy most of the week with all manner of stuff inc. the Dentist :(

Still gonna be a struggle for sure.
 
Right i'm going out window shopping for when i get me DLA next week take my mind off the lint in my pocket as well.

I drunk 3 of those cans of cider already naughty ....

If they are like any of the ones i've had in the past u should be nice n warm by tomoro !!

Everyday i wake up n matter how bad shit is i can always think " well at least you don't have storage heaters anymore "

Me n you live in the same part of the country so te weather is gonna be the same n i swear i have only had to put the heating on twice since i been in my new gaff it's so well insulated n i'm on the 2nd floor of 3 so i get the benefit of my neighbours heating as well :)
Only thing that is a bit cheeky is the 60p a day charge i have to pay just to have the heating that i don't use!!
Mind u i get hot water imediatley n i got afukin bdasss shower =D
