Heroin Social: Version 5

I hope no one here ever needs an ambulance:

Thursday afternoon at around 2 I phone my guy, his girlfriend answers and says nothing just now call back in an hour. I call back at around 3:30 and she says give it 5-10min before you leave the house, we're waiting for an ambulance for S and by the time you get here he should be at the hospital. They had sent a lone paramedic in a Ford Focus estate whilst waiting for a real ambulance. When I get up the car ambulance is still there so I call C to ask her what I should do (not wanting to go up looking for gear with a paramedic in the house) she says I'm just going in a taxi to get it come up and wait in the spare room for me to get back. My mate John just happened to be in the house at the time the paramedic came, S was complaining of numbness of his arms and feet and could barely move. I heard the paramedic say that because he was there S would not be a priority case for a real ambulance. C wasn't away for very long and I sat in the spare room with my DS so I wasn't bored but at 5:30pm after about the 2 hour wait a real ambulance came. John told me that the lone paramedic gave off a your putting it on a bit kinda vibe. C called my mate John at around 2:30am on Saturday morning to say that S's heart had stopped and he's died. I'd known S for many years and although he wasn't a close mate he was a nice guy and always the kind of person you were happy to get from. RIP man...:(

2 hours for a fucking ambulance. Total disgrace..:X

Addiction isn't a disease.

Anyway, how much heroin do they supply per month?

They dont supply heroin - depending on the doc and your needs you may get 'done. in pills, juice, tabs or amps same for mst.You could get subutex DHC etc as well - same as NHS tho you would find it hard to gat amps from them now (NHS) The other good thing is you have a much greater say in how your treatment should be dealt with.

Is addiction a disease? jury is still out but IMO it is - brain chemistry out of sync, a form of OCD ....who knows but a very high % of docs specialising in addiction subscribe to the notion that it is a disease.

That is pretty fucked up mate, pretty disgusting. And almost definitely grounds for legal action I'd have thought. Obviously in different circumstances, involving different people, this sort of case wouldbe hitting the headlines IMO, although as its 'junkies' involved, people would probably enjoy reading it and think 'serves 'em right'. We really are the scum of the fuckin universe aint we? Overall its a little bit like how lepors and people wiv mental illness used to be treated. Keep fighting

sorry to hear about your dealer this country is turning into a third world hell hole because the man did gear he was putting it on then goes and has a heart attack
total bullshit if you say you are in pain and need to get to hospital quick then they send basically a taxi driver with a first aid box there should be grounds to sue the nhs or emergency service . but i bet they blame the drugs his missus is shock up no doubt

That is awful trip2the moon! The poor guy, imagine feeling as bad as he must have felt & been left there for two hours trying to convince the paramedic that he was really ill!!! Its a bloody disgrace!!! :(

I don't know much about computers/ internet/ ect, so maybe i'm worrying over nothing, but i remember a mate of mines Facebook page was hacked before & one of the first strange things that he noticed was that every time he went to log into Facebook that the little box beside were you log in was already ticked, its the little box that says 'keep me logged in.' He hadn't ticked it, he went on to find out his page was hacked?

To-day when i came onto Bluelight i noticed that that box was already ticked so i didn't log in, i checked back a few times & each time the box was ticked, so in the end i went ahead & logged in, all seems normal!

So is this just a new way that Bluelight has its settings? Or is there anything in my mates story? Or is he just a paranoid wreck? Its probably nothing, its just that box is never normally ticked until i tick it? So i just thought it was best to check! Thanx! :)

I'm not sure ructions, I never log out lol - I will check / ask and get back to you.

Edit: mine is the same, the box is ticked. If you're ok with this I'll copy your post over to the Support Forum, an admin will answer it there.

In my eyes (so I'm likely wrong!), Addiction is an affliction of someone's mental health.
That seems to ring true more than it being a disease personally. But hey, they're just words.
It still sucks hairy spaceman balls.

Fuckin hell mate, I'm so sorry :(
It really is utterly disgusting that, purely because someone has an addiction to a substance, they're treated differently and with a "lesser value" almost :X
Someone who's an Ethanol addict wouldn't have gone through what your friend went through. It's a fucking bag of bollocks...

I'm a bit upset with yer shit patter of late . i mean your well aware that i'm suffering with dvt n other injecting complications yet you post that you have some "lush " gear but it congeals in the pin .

If you had thought about it you wouldn't have said that its a fukin oxymoron like sayin i got some lush cider gets you pissed but if you drink it yer teeth will fall out , well some shit like that .

So if u can just reel it on abit n think before saying stuff like that we be sweet yeah .

N i was going to the front line when you were in fukin junior school it's not funny it's desperate & dangerous( well it was) pretty soon this game your playin called Heroin is gonna bite yer ass

Also the frontline is played out , back in the day when the Black N white aws open yeah it was the place .
These days it's just a myth where folk that hven't got proper connects go.

You wanna go to Easton or Stapleton Rd parts of Bedmninster they are the proper places in Bristol ifor Drugs not forgetting Knowle West n Hartecliff but you have to have a connect .

I was stabbed in the neck for £20 in Easton about 12 years ago, i think that tells ya all you need to now.

Oh n how could i forget Barton Hill kin ell that was crazy when the gang wars were going down over their .

So don't act like your something you clearly are not as i said b4 you seem likea good kid but carry on posting stuff like the thing about the lush congealing gear n i'm gonna start thinkin otherwise , it wasn't till a good freind of mine pulled my coat on that remark that i realised how childish it was .
ok
Pees.

Whilst I was hiding out in the bedroom I heard my mate John say to the paramedic: What if the two of us try to get him down to the car ourselves (the flat being only 1 up) when they tried this I could hear S howling in pain so that was a no go. Next I heard him go out to the hall for an update over his radio, the dispatcher said there were still trying and he was a low priority because there was a paramedic with him. The paramedic had been told he was a user and when S was asked if he'd had a hit that day he said yes so that paramedic said he couldn't give him a pain killer. Something that really bugs me tho is that the hospital and ambulance base is a 5 to 10 minute walk from S's flat and about a 2 minute drive. I don't know if getting him to the hospital sooner would have helped but I doubt it would have done any harm..:(

Absolute shitter of a weekend, just after losing a mate I've just been sacked from my job after 4 years come this March. If it happens in threes I wonder which other misfortune is heading my way...:(
