Heroin Smoking - Wire Wool VS Tin Foil

Which do you think is a less harmful way to smoke Heroin, off of tin foil or out of a pipe on top of wire wool?
 
Foil is not made from tin. Foil is made from aluminum. I liked thicker, more expensive foil because it seemed to slow me down and make the tar go farther.
 
They're both gonna be equally as harmful, but using the wire wool method is just gonna waste most of it and generally be very inefficient. Use foil.
 
^ This. You'll end up burning quite a bit smoking it on wire wool which is really wasteful cos you're not after burning it, you need to be vapourising it. The foil lets you use controlled, indirect heat so you can get the gear to its vapourisation point without burning.
 
Chasing heroin of foil is a bit of an artform and can be frustrating at first, but it is by far the best way to do it as others have said.. Get someone to show you if you've never done it before (or ask us! :) )
 
I can use foil fine but i got bored of it and found i could get massive toots off a wire wool pipe.

I find it's hitting me up a lot on the wire wool pipe tbh, i'm getting dark brown powder.

also even if i am wasting some i'm not even that fussed, if i really was to care so much about losing a bit of smack then i'd just become a needle junkie but losing a bit of gear is MINOR to me :) i find the pipe more fun and easy to carry around and use in toilets etc.

Might be a good idea to put another piece of wool over the gear in the pipe then, so the flame doesn't come directly into contact with it.

If it works, then great. Haha I imagine it is more portable.. I <3 chasing though. Such an artform.
 
I have never smoked my heroin in a pipe as I always use foil. I would have thought that smoking it in a pipe is pretty wasteful.
Smoking it off foil makes it go quite far, you can get a good long smoke off the foil.
But I guess smoking it in a pipe is useful as you can quickly and easily have a smoke anywhere whereas you can't exactly pull out the foil and have a smoke so easily, in public at least.
Each to their own I guess.
