Just about to go put and run the dog round the block, it looks like the fekin artic out there, 2X cardies and a coat me thinks :D

I live right on the top of the chilterns reckon its -3 out there at least, not that the dog seems to care, I told him to put his warm coat on though=D

-3 here in co durham, tried to go for a walk but only got to the end of the road and had to turn back.

I here it can get cold up in the mountains in California but rarely goes below 30 (in your numbers) down in the city

How you got away with that I don't know I'm gonna have to get one of those weather station things the external temp indicator in my Landy seems very optimistic, but then since I could cross the arctic tundra in it I suppose it doesn't matter....now where is that piece of arctic tundra down south I've been looking for:D
 
only had one light frost here since last march/aprilish time.

i like a frost, kills the slugs, and makes it a breeze clearing up the dog's poos from the yard.
 
Well, atm23, I am in northern Cali with my parents. The high has been about 45 to 50 F during the day, and 34 to 40 F at night. I can't complain. It is 1:40 in the morning for me right now, and I will be shivering when I go out on the back porch in about 5 minutes to smoke a blunt.

I am not complaining though. First of all I love this weather. It's supposed to be this way in the winter. In southern Cali before I came up here, we had a couple 85 F degree days. Its just all wrong to be hot in January. I guess if I ever moved to the other side of the equator I'd get used to it.

At least it is nice and clear and crisp and cold tonight and at least I have weed to smoke. I will be very faded, very shortly.

At least I have Bluelight to read when I come back inside and at least I have dried mango (personal fave) for the munchies.

No complaints.

yes i definitely shouldn't of hoofed a line of MXE, this batch is crap, woke up still feeling odd-ly mashed off it, fucking banging headache and feel sick. bloody booze inducing typical drunken wrong-doings, as much as i love booze i fucking hate it sometimes, never makes me angry or whatever but makes me do some silly stuff to myself
 
accept scrap that, after loads of water and toast im feeling better, although still half stuck in some cartoon land type jobby.... the irony of crazy shit like alcohol being legal never fails to surprise me
 
Bit of a hangover myself, nothing like tea n' toast and an ibuprofen to shift the head-wrech. It's not too bad really, my tolerance for booze is def going down. Keeping off the red wine and spirits, I'm turning into a lager drinker which fills you up quicker! and makes you burb...Had some lovely 4% Williams, Scottish brewed I think.

Anyhoo Dan, glad you're feeling a bit better what's for dinner today and can you suggest what I can do with mackerel?

Got the internet back not had my laptop open in 10 days, have missed it...awww sad eh
 
I'm with you on that, ColtDan. I have been completely disgusted as I have watched friends and relatives die as a direct result of alcohol over the last 50 years while marijuana legislation keeps it illegal.

Charles Manson said "No sense makes sense" and in this case, he was right.

gotta love the tea and toast combo, got some nice home made raspberry jam for my toast yum =D red wine... nasty hangovers from that stuff!

i suggest mackerel... with boiled potatoes and loooooooads of veg/salad/everything random thing you can find haha

Mxe has a lovely afterglow doesn't it. I find it a tad moreish aka fiendish, how are you getting on with that aspect of it?


Lol @ random veg, have quite a lot of different veggies in for different meals, not sure i fancy them all piled onto the one plate. Think I'll leave those signature dishes up to you =D


I'm going to grill the fish, do colcannan cakes and green-veggie stir fry. Got gherkins and capers in (very 1970's ;)) might make a kinda tartare sauce up.

Very quiet round here, is everyone still in bed or continuing the party? %)

sorry to hear that mate. crazy isn't it, drug laws are one of many things in society that blow my mind on pure naive stupidity

i dont find MXE that more-ish or fiendish itself, more the afterglow, prefer the beautiful long lasting afterglow to the actual drug. that meal your making sounds lovely =D

yeah does seem quiet! sod it, time to get my fingers flying around my guitar

gherkins capers, lovely for a tartare sauce...or you could do a salsa verde(as long as you got a load of parsley, maybe some mint leaves too, even basil, salsa verde you can bulk up with any green herbs you got really), fillet out the mackerel and stuff them with the salsa verde, tie them up again, and about 12mins in a hot oven....come out lovely....
 
ahh so chilled, MXE afterglow and family guy season 11. sorted. haven't touched meph for ages and not done MDMA this weekend either for the first time in ages, much needed break. although i didnt really get any come downs or anything from mdma, even after doing it every weekend ontop of booze for months on end. might stick pulp fiction on later. tempted to buy the sopranos 1-6 off amazon... 39 quid... hmm
