Gelatin capsule sizes?

I know that the density of pure crystalline drugs can vary quite a bit, but I'm wondering, what gelcap size would you recommend to fit roughly 100 mg of any given psychoactive? Perhaps a silly and unanswerable question -- if so, feel free to close. :)
 
I use 00, depending on consistency you can fit up to about 600mg into em. If you're going to be handling a lot of smaller doses, like these <50mg psychoactives, may be worth going a size down. But in general, it's not going to affect absorption or anything if it's in a larger gelcap, and it can be a hassle if you've got some drugs that are higher-dose and your caps are too small for em.
 
The thing you should remember about capsules is that some are designed for extended release, which you don't want. A recreational high is all about getting the drug into your bloodstream FAST. Make sure whatever capsule you are using didn't have "delayed release", "extended release" or anything like that on the box. For example, the cymbalta I take is in those kind of capsules.

Well, Adderall XR is in capsules but the capsules don't make it XR, the beads inside do.
 
I have no idea , the next guy says 00's fit 600mg's, that's more than u need, but like he said its better to have a bigger
cap than to run outta space! I have to admit all this makes me laugh because; A few days ago i purchased some mdma
which was contained in a blue vessel. I was used to the red capsule and hesitated/realized that its not the size nor the color of the capsule that matters; it's whats inside ;)
