Persisting visions and hearings, flashbacks, withdrawal..

Hello everyone. I'm experiencing some weird stuff these days..

It began 3 weeks ago: I woke up at 3am and felt exactly like a mild LSA trip (extreme body high, 'astral' travels, connection with everything %)..)
The days that followed, I was in a sort of depersonalisation (spectating my thoughts and deeds) for a week and it gradually got away. I was pretty back to normal until my 'psychedelic senses' came back 1 week ago: crawling inside music , states of trances, unexplainable euphoria (followed by deep depressive states) and many more.

But thats the good part, the reason I am posting is for the persisting 'trailing vision' and feelings of detachment with the world. http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/lsd/lsd_journal7.shtml. Thats cool for a couple hours but 24/7 is kind of annoying.

Is anyone familiar to this? Will that eventually go away? And what is happening to me?

(Notice that I've been on Ativan withdrawal from early November to December 7th. I am now totally sober. My last trip dates from June, 7 HBW seeds
I dont drink and dont smoke.)

I get these occasionally, but I attribute them to the change in consciousness one achieves by skyrocketing them into buddha-nature esque awareness territory.

After 3 months I stopped noticing the visual 'static' and sometimes I still get voices late at night, but it no longer alarms me so I'm not troubled by it. I worry about fake phantoms like politicians and complex living situations, than ones I've made myself aware by means of substance use as well as meditation.

This is my opinion, obviously if you're having trouble functioning either wait it out or if you can't afford this option, go to a psychiatrist.

It could go away. Mine never has, in fact it's gotten much stronger. It's mostly just visual in nature but has on and off again auditory and dream qualities. Prescient dreams have increase tenfold. I've had those since before psychedelics, mind you.

I've simply gotten used to it, as you will I'd bet you.

Benzo withdrawal is certainly where I notice it the most, for what its worth. That's a good motivation to always have at least .5 mg klonopin per diem for me. YMMV.

It's actually much more likely that this is caused by withdrawal from Ativan as opposed to by any psychedelics you have done in the past. I have heard a lot of people report similar symptoms from stopping various pharmaceutical prescription drugs which are used for mental conditions, but unfortunately I don't really have much advice on how to deal with them other than tapering off any drug very slowly. I would strongly advise you talk to a good doctor.
