i know i have done too much E back in the day. When i was doing it i did it 5 days a week for about 2 years. Some nights i would do 3 pills and some nights i would do 8. I havent done it in about 5-6 years and wanted to try it again but will it be ok since i did it lots in the past?

You should be okay, considering you've had a long break. However, I'd try and just stick to a minimal dose, since it's been awhile and you might react differently. See how things go and then perhaps up your dose, but remember not to overdo it, considering your past with MDMA. You don't want to risk further damaging your brain.

Will it be like taking MDMA for the first time? Probably not though.

-thanks

standard dose of 120-150 mg should be good. whether or not it feels like the first time will probably depend mostly on nutrition.

Ok thank you very much for all your help :). I have a good diet and exercise. Ever since i stopped doing E i havent done anything else other then weed.

Ya you should roll good! I waited 6 months and had a crappy roll (ate very little the day of the roll), 6 days later I ate food all day, waited 2-3 hours after my last food to drop, and rolled even harder than the time before with less pills. I think people underestimate the importance of good nutrition sometimes. I ate plenty of carbs/protein/fat (in the right ratios) that day. Carbs definitely help, since your brain runs off carbs, and that's where all the action is gonna be ;) As long as you eat beans/eggs/potatoes and drink milk, you should be set IMO. Those foods provide an excellent mix of carbs/fats/essential proteins, give you body/mind all the energy and nutrition it needs for a good roll.

This is obviously granted you space your rolls out, like you said it's been years :)

Wait so it's not a good idea to eat very little before a roll?

IME, my best rolls came on a well-nourished brain. A full stomach can hinder the roll somewhat though, so IMO the best way to go is to eat a good breakfast, and plenty throughout the day. Then fast for 2-3 hours to empty stomach contents. Some people advise a small snack with the pill to combat potential nausea on the comeup.

A good diet of mostly complex carbs with plenty of essential proteins and essential fats (you know, omega-3/omega-6). But mostly carbs (50-60% of your calorie intake - 4 calories per gram of carbs = 250-300g based on 2000 calorie diet), I'd drink some milk with breakfast too since it's high in phenylalanine (helps brain make dopamine) and tryptophan (serotonin) protiens :D. And it's got carbs.

Like I said, I waited 6 months and ate only a little and the roll was mediocre, I waited 6 more days, ate plenty, SAME batch of pills, rolled even harder with less. True story. IDK what else it could have been...

Im very much into weight training so i eat lots of complex carbs. My meals are usually chicken breast with whole grain pasta with tomato sauce in the morning with something sugary after my workout. I drink or eat sugary stuff so i replace the glycogen that i have lost during the workout. So i usually have juice with chicken and a peice of whole grain toast. At night time i usually have chicken or turkey with vegetables. I only snack with fruits and vegetables also. My meals are not the same though sometimes ill have tuna or egg whites. I also eat nuts for healthy fats. I just make sure i eat a big variety of healthy foods. Chicken is my go-to protein though.

That sounds good! :) I think good nutrition is totally essential for the roll to work properly. Not sure about micronutrients, but definitely plenty of macronutrients in good balance.
