I just had to get this out. I think some people will understand and others will be rightfully concerned but its all good. I'm sober right now though if that makes a difference.
I get it. "Drugs are bad mmk" but before I ever did drugs I was an average lazy unmotivated student but they sparked my curiousness and mind. I went from b's and c's and junk food to straight A's and a healthy diet. I did have a minor weekend drug addiction that went to ridiculous levels like freon and raving but I don't now and now I feel sluggish cause I haven't the drugs. Scientists just have to give into the fact that some people are better off with some drugs in their life and they won't have any problems.
I have work to do but unless I smoke a cig, drink enough coffee, take cough medicine, drink some alcohol, pretty much anything except anticholinergic like Benadryl but even that works if I get over the tiredness. I spent a few months off drugs and I ended up just watching documentaries on my down time and then I put some chemicals in my body and I started being too motivated to sit around watching stuff and I documented all the receptors, and tons of neuroscience and it felt great.
Now I'm not even tripping out but when I take just enough to get me going I feel like I'm supposed to. I'm not addicted to anything except minorly caffeine because I started drugs up again after being in dull none drug mode for months but I just got to face the facts. I'm better off with a small amount of drugs even considering tolerance. It's always been like this.
My natural chemical state is fucked. I have way too many D2-like receptors and a propensity to go manic or get depressed but I got that under control without sodium blockers or toxic shit like lithium. In-fact I stayed up like 28 hours and had a normal mood.
But I am predisposed to liking drugs because my medication blocks D3 so I got a bunch of those just like a cocaine addict. For me the choices arn't as black and white and I don't think they are for a lot of other people.
Drugs freed me from my own inhibiting biology and soulless genes.
I respect the horrors they have enabled to happen but to everyone their own.
