Opioids Fentanyl 50mcg/hr Patch

I have obtained Fentanyl transdermal 50mcg/hr Patch (fom Watson) and I was wonder how much of it would I use in order to get a buzz. I have no tolerance as of now, but I have used opiates (tramadol, hydrocodone), promethazine, DXM, MDMA, and cannabis before. By using it, I mean is it possible to just apply the patch to my skin or would it be better if I chew on a very small piece.

The patch is made to stick onto your skin. When you place it on your skin, do not peel/remove/re-locate the patch as it will not stick as good. Now, the 50mcg means that EVERY hour 50mcg is going into your body. Now do the math, a patch lasts up to 72 hours. Within that 72 hours, every hour 50mcg of fent was being pumped into your system. With no tolerance I would be VERY VERY careful! Please, A lot of people had OD on this stuff and they didn't even have to do much!

Another way to use the patch for a quicker buzz is cutting that patch into ohhh, 4-6 peices. Place a strip in your mouth along your gum line. Leave it there and let is absorb, it is much faster than just sticking it on your body. Alot of people say do not cut the patch if you were to use it on your skin. I don't really know why, but I trust alot of people on this website and alot of them are the reasons why I'm still able to sit here and type and im not in a box 6 feet under dead due to OD.

Please, be very careful man. Stick around and wait for my responses before you do anything If I were you just to be on the safe side.

I forgot to inform you that this patch has gel (not like the other ones which doesn't). Although I am very aware of what you wrote about 50mcg going in every hour, I appreciate it (:
 
Wear the patch as it is meant to. Don't use more than one at a time, this is how people die. I had 3 on and woke up in ambulance for a second, then later in the hospital with all kinds of tubes in and out of me, it was worst experience ever. BE CAREFUL! if you feel like it's maybe too much take it off.

oh yes, and make sure you have someone around you at all times to make sure you don't kick the bucket.

eating/smoking patch is how people instantly overdose with no chance. one cannot determine the mass of base in a tiny amount of gel.

also make sure youre not on any other sedatives, have some sort of kidney/liver disease, or taking any type of medication that may exacerbate its effects. i find myself editing this post every 30 seconds but i dont want you to die like so many others friend...

Wouldn't you think 50mcg/hr is too much for a person with little to no tolerance to handle?

Yes those patches are designed for opiate tolerant patients only. This patch in particular is equivalent to up to 200 mg morphine daily or 80-110 mg of Oxycontin daily(both can be fatal doses-dependent on tolerance) . This amount of opiate in your system will most likely make you pass out for a very long time and not wake up and if you do you might be very very sick, so I would trade it for another safer opiate. Even if you took it off it would still be releasing fentanyl for hours

I had a fairly high tolerance and 1/10 of this patch made me very relaxed and I noticed slowed breathing. Slightly stronger patches such as the 75mcg patch caused an overdose to occur in a fellow bluelighter who had a decent heroin tolerance.

i ate about 40% of the 50mcg gel patch yesterday but i have a pretty decent opiate tolerance. but i was wondering since i have 60% left and I've heard of buccal what exactly is that?
 
Buccal is against the inside of your cheek, iirc! Don't know what the ba is like and don't know about fentanyl tolerance so wait for/request some more advice! Be careful mate
 
Are you... Experienced?

I just came into the possession of a few of these as well and was planning on taking it over the weekend (taking it off before I went to sleep). I'm very tolerant and experienced but these still worry me because of their alleged potency. I've had problems in the past with things like shallow breathing and am alive today because I refused to die (as the doctor put it).

Do they really last for 72hrs? That a long time to be high.
