300mg tramadol (oral, instead of my usual 2mg buprenorphine)
80mg methadone (oral)
60mg oxazepam (oral)
6mg clonazepam
1mg alprazolam
~2units alcohol (xo cognac in my tea :))
~0.2g hash (bong, and i normally dont smoke bong...)

for me today...

1mg of buprenorphine (nasal)
15mgs addy IR
2.5mgs xanax
1mg klonopin
bowl after bowl of potent marijuana

....possibly beer, DPH, and more sub, and definitely weed and later... its a good fucking day %)
 
3x300mg lyrica
10mg diazepam
1mg clonazepam sublingually
I feel pretty good the lyrica makes me a bit shakey so benzo's helped out :D
 
ahhhh lyrica was actually beautiful... i used to snort it sometimes and then take some oxazepam and codeine, i think i just love putting shit up my nose

why would you mix tramadol with methadone. That sounds like a disaster

A): i slept over and wasst patient enough for my bupe to work so took the tramadol and then 1/3 of my normal sub dose SL :)

and i noticed that this is from 22/12 today its 23/12 and its my brothers bday
so here ges again:

~3mg buprenorphine
45mg methadone
300mg tramadol
60mg oxazepam
2mg clonazepam
0.5g hash (joints)
~1-2 genstande, alkohol.

the nearest famely thinks its ok i take a little of my opiate/benzos as long as i dont nod and im fully responsible so ill wait to add any more for now,..

its ok :) so this must be the best xma this year ':)
