I would speak with the doctor and let them know you're on opiate replacement therapy.

Really something that the anesthesiologist/anaesthetist needs to know about if you're getting surgery.
 
Rather not have anyone know about that, however.

A taper off a few days beforehand is my plan. I don't continue full steam ahead that particular week.
 
I completely understand.

As long as you taper down you should be alright.

My only experience with that is snorting ~11mg of oxymorphone about 12 hours after snorting 0.5mg buprenorphine...and the oxymorphone COMPLETELY overpowered the bupe and I was smacked for the first time in what felt like years.

Nothing so far, hit up the liquor store yesterday and got a 750mL of single malt Virginia whisky and a 750mL of bourbon so I'll probably be getting into those once I get back from the grocery store :)

i'm on a bdd combo today...suboxone, adderall IR, klonopin, xanax, and marijuana :)

i took another .5mg klonopin and 1mg xanax making that 1 mg klonopin and 2.5mg xanx. i feelz goooooodddd. might add in some more sub + dph latur...

tomomorw im starting a 3-4 day break off opiates and benzos, and when i return i am taking oxycodone, klonopin, xanax, tramadol or dxm, dph, and marijuana of course. going to be goddddly!!!

atleast you've had some lolol....

maybe some sub would help :)? do you no longer take full-agonists like oxycodone or hydrocodone??
 
Mmmmm full agonists.. I've just had subs the past few days. Been pleasant though :) nodded out last night on bupe and gabapentin, and had some diaz earlier in the day too, was entirely unintentional haha.. woke up 4 hours later very confused!

Tonight is a soma night, never had it before so quite excited! :D

edit: that tune's not my usual taste so can't help you much, I don't think you'd appreciate my gabba or breakcore but I LOVE this :)
 
Hey I'm on mXe and JWH-122. Have some 2-FA too, but I'm pretty hyped in a good way since last 40mg 2-FA dose 48 hours ago :D ;)
