I'm flicking thru it right now while splish-splashing and it's a really good book for that kind of reading and doesn't have to be read in a linear fashion
weirdly, as soon as I picked it up the other day I immediately thought about the painting below by Marcus Harvey, and that it had a similar kinda feel, and whilst flicking thru I just came across the commentary he makes about that exact piece, and it pretty much echoes my own thoughts about the palarva surrounding it to the letter

and agree muchly x 100. it's the device I identify with the most. and 'agenda-free, lo direction' info really does strike a cord with me more than any other kind. [edit] I know it's not agenda free, but it's a 'present everything, warts n all and let people decide for themselves' approach. it has faith in humans in other words
