Opioids Morphine after Amphetamine binge?

Ok so the last few weeks I have been using adderall quite frequent probably around 10 mg a day 2-4 times a week for cramming. On the last week I also ingested two 40mg Vyvanse on separate days along with adderall (not at same time) for the last few days. My sleep pattern has been aratic sometimes only sleeping for 20 minutes a night sometimes getting no sleep, although I would get a good sleep rarely occasionally. I also lost about five pounds or more during this time.

Is it safe to take MS contins after such a binge or should I wait for my body to recover before proceeding because the Vyvanse might be still effecting me?
 
What purpose is behind the morphine use? Is it for easing into sleep? Or, just for 'fun'(?). It really should be fine- assuming at a 'safe' dose (for you) and you're otherwise pretty healthy. However, more details regarding your personal situation is preferred in order to give you a proper reply. Again, though- should be fine. Then, of course it'd be WISER to not combine a stim with a depressant.
