Yea I had taken sub tuesday morning, (1mg) then used after that, that same day... Used all day then dosed once the next morning.... That was yesterday at 11 am... Its now 28-29 hours after my last h dose. I just took between .25-.50 of sub... God I hope this goes well... If I.dont feel worse in an hour il dose a little more... I just wanna get this over with so I can be with my family u know?

And before the day I used/dosed in the am... I had been on suboxone for 2 days... Took probly 8 mgs over those 2 days, then 1 the next morning

if your on 1 mg a day (under the cieling effect) would taking an extra 1-.5 mg get you more of an opioid buzz? I've been feeling really depressed, lots of cravings but i dont want to shoot dope or oxy.

Thanks for the compliment :) To be quite honest Suboxone / Subutex never really gives me an "opiod buzz" it just more like creates a sixty cycle hum of OKedness in my psyche that I like way better than not taking any opiates at all. I would say that taking the extra 1 or .5 would definitely have more of an effect, I mean I know some people say less is more but to be quite honest, especially in a situation like this, the increase in dosage would automatically have an increase in effect.

Nobody responded to me about the question I had LoL. I ended up banging 16 mgs of Tex last night and then getting a twenty of dope and banging that tonight. Feeling pretty good but that just leads me to believe I would be on my fucking ass if I had waited for a full 48 hours. Well it's off to work tomorrow and if I'm sick fuck it, I will have that dime when it's been longer since I took any bupe and I bet I get twice as high as I am right now. Which is actually pretty high :) I think I am gonna go down to a 2 mg a day dose unless I'm shooting dope cuz then of course I will just not take the subs. Any thoughts on my course of action here? Less? More? I think probably not more because I wanna be able to roll over it the same day if it just so happens that I want to. Because I am a greedy little junkie and I want it NOW! Instant Satisfaction, MMM...
 
So just wanted to give u guys an update...

So I waited 24 hours after my last dose of h, and I was STILL not withdrawling...
So I waited another 4 or 5 hours and I was Still not in withdrawl

So I took .5 mg of sub to test the waters... No PW's...
Took another half mg and no PW's...

So Im feeling fine now, got the sub in my system and im feeling a lot better now :)

Im guessing there was still some sub in my sytem from the 2 or 3 days ago when I last took it and thats why I wasnt withdrawling 24 hours after my last H dose...

Jus so u guys know! Man im glad I didnt have to go back into full withdrawl to take my sub this time!!! Fuck yea!!! Haha thanks dude for telling me I should b ok to dose cuz it really worked in my favor I would have ruined my entire day feeling like shit waiting!

i found I can usually transition from full agonists back to suboxone incredibly easy, while waiting less than 24 hours, if I've only taken the full agonist for 1 or two days, sometimes even three, but thats testing the waters.

to Inrvizion, I was able to break through at three mg a day with 60 mg of oxy I.V, so at that dose, you can definately break through at two mg or even a little more if the dopes good. I once broke through a 16 mg maintenance dose on one bag of fucking great powder, which shocked me. I was also shooting a ton of mephedrone at the same time though, so that might have affected things.
 
So for the past 3 or 4 weeks I've been dosing 16mg bupe 1x/day. I'm out of my supply, plus I don't really wanna continue since I've already dealt with some shitty bupe w.d in the past, so todays my first day off. The last time I dosed was 8mg at noon yesterday (24 hours from the time I'm posting this). Combined I had taken 16mg yesterday.

Anyway the reason I'm writing this is I feel like I'm starting to go into w.d (which was somewhat expected) but considering the half life of bupe am I just psyching myself out, or could I really be displaying physical w.d symptoms?

Furthermore in anticipation of this I acquired a wide array of different types of kratom blends & extracts to help with whatever w.d I'd be experiencing not to mention the fact I'm in finals week. So how soon is too soon to start dosing? Also, will my month long 16mg bupe habit affect my tolerance to the point where the kratom will be ineffective? I haven't taken kratom in a month.
 
Guys I have kind of an odd question. Say you get over your withdrawal period from oxys, and you are successfully not withdrawling anymore.
Now say you have lots of subs left and you still can get a euphoria from them. Now say I'm doing a roxy here and there, for example a roxy at the beginning of the day and by nighttime you want to get high again.
Instead of doing another roxy you do a sub. Now since I'm over withdrawals, will doing a sub with some roxycodone still in your system make me feel like shit?
I know you can't technically be thrown intro precipitated withdrawls if your over withdrawling.
Also would I still feel the euphoria of the sub this way? Sorry if this is confusing.
My point is I want to still use a roxy here and there, but since my tolerance is down to where I can get real lifted with only one, and I want to keep it low, by using subs in place of them if you know what I mean.

I'm going to transistion from Morphine/Oxy/Hydro (Roughly 100-150 a day) to Subs....I'll make sure tomorrow morning I'm in W/D and I'll keep taking 2mg until I feel "normal". I'm going to try to do a quick 2-4 week taper to hopefully at or under .5mg a day then jump off. I have some Benzos and Lyrica, so I should be gtg.

I just can't get really high anymore so I just need to kick the shit and give myself a break.

I'm not sure if I'm reading this correctly, but it seems to say that sublingual buprenorphine administered for 3-5 minutes had a BA of 30%, but that it increases almost two-fold if held for around 10 minutes. I mean this makes sense intellectually but it kind of puts into question whether there actually can be a somewhat accurate approximation of the sublingual BA.

Yes I think you are right...I held it for 10 minutes and then again 30 minutes and the 30 minutes felt stronger (not a lot, but noticable).

Okay update: I'm on day two (I'm not going to lie, I kinda feel like shit, but I still went to work) right now. Yesterday I did 5mg and felf shitty for half the day. Today I took 3mg, all doses are 1mg spread throughout the day. Tomorrow I'm going to try and go down to two then do that a couple days then to 1mg a day. I think getting below 1mg is going to be tough!! I hope I can follow through and not relapse. This shit is costing me a lot of $$$$.

I've held it in longer than 10 minutes, didn't seem to help much, but that was a long time ago when I was still willing to use it sublingually.
 
Okay, one thing fellow dopeheads....the first two days of Suboxone use are GOING TO SUCK!!! I'm on day 3 and I'm at only 2mg for today and I don't even feel that bad!! The first two days really kinda sucked (second day was the worst) I did 5mg day 1 and about 3.5mg day two and today I did 2mg.

Guys.....once I taper down to .5mg a day and jump off in two or three weeks, how is my W/D going to be? I'm really concerned/nervous about this....

Stopped dosing 1 1/2 weeks ago to use last monday

Last tuesday had 8mg
last wednesday had 8mg
Last Friday had 8mg
Saturday I had 8mg
Sunday I had between 16-24mg (Cant remember coming off meth binge)

How long before I can use again its been a bit over 72 hours i got a bit of diahere and a bit of a headahce but nothing more.
 
Hey team.

I've been searching for info on this all afternoon but can't find a thing either on here or anywhere on the net but here's my predicament if you could call it that: I'm partying this weekend and plan to take speed or maybe some ice and valium(which I always like to mix in in low doses to take the edge of amps) and want to take some of one of my extra my 35mg takeaway dose of done as well as share some with a friend. I'll probably end up taking around 45mg - 55mg spaced out along the night. My question then is I have an 8mg suboxone film thr I want to use in place of the 'done takeaway I use, Im exp with drugs and plan to take the sub film when I'm really jonesing from my 'done but I can't find out how much of the 8mg I have is a safe dose to take? 4mg? 2mg? Can anyone help? And please don't give me a lecture or anything - I appreciate it but I just want facts, I'm usually really really good with sticking to my program and am currently reducing but have a bunch of my best friends stopping over for the weekend that I haven't seen in months and months and really just wanna get down! Ps im an experienced drug taker so dont worry. Thanks guys.
 
Suboxone can cause methadone users to enter precipitated withdrawal. If you are confident no methadone is in your system, you could go for it.

To be on the safe side start with under 1mg so that if a negative reaction happens it won't be as severe as taking 8mg sublingually.
 
yeah please listen to the captain. A long long time ago (2007), when i was first prescribed suboxone and told nothing about it, I gave it to a dude who had sold his methadone takehomes for the weekend who was complaining he was sick. I believe I only gave him like 2 or 4 mg MAX and according to him, he was in horrible withdrawal for a whole day.

I dont think there would be any real point in taking the suboxone in place of the methadone anyway, as supposedly suboxones agonist activity is about equivalent to the dose of methadone your one. The best effect you'd be able to hope for would basically be to not go into withdrawal.

oh and in response to holding the suboxone in longer sublingually. Yeah I think it's pretty much a crock of shit. I held it under my tongue for twenty minutes yesterday and i felt it more this morning when I held it for five so who knows whats up with that site. I mean it's pretty obvious that holding it for longer is probably absorbing a bit more, but only up to a certain point.

Blah Blah, I regularly take 16 mgs and then within 28 hours fire up a shot and get some limited results. You should be able to feel whatever it is you slam with much more efficiency than my method. So go ahead, fire away! The truth is that the only reason you have to wait is that Buprenorphine (Suboxone / Subutex) has such a high affinity for binding to your opiate receptors that it is really hard to kick it off. You have probably eliminated a good amount of the bupe left in your system and I would say that you should be able to IV your opiate of choice and get very close to the FULL effect, so in that case, be safe. I just took a fat shot and the last time I took Subutex was about 36 hours ago, and I am nodding while I am writing this. Of course I have a bell fulla bennies as well but that's why I got that dexedrine yesterday. Godspeed and be safe my friend. %)
