How to measure out safe doses of Bromo Dragonfly?

How would one be able to measure out 100mg of bromo dragonfly into safe doses to be put onto blotters? Just in case someone asks, this is not to be misidentified as LSD.

Thought of using a liquid measuring technique with so many parts of solvent to the fly then using a eye dropper to put onto blotter. Unfortunately i am unsure of what to use as the solvent medium. could distilled water be used to create a solution?

You could also put the BromoDragonFLY into the toilet ! It works well ;)

i think the OP puts a reasonable question. he also has no intention of selling it off as LSD. so the fact is that he asks a harm reduction question on a harm reduction forum.
just because you had an unfortunate experience with it doesnt disregard it entirely.
however, OP please be careful with that potentially lethal chemical...

kishka's potential overdose wasnt dragonfly, most likely DOx... but still...

Did you eat more than one? It wasn't the poison that nearly killed you it was the idiot who sold them to you and told you it was acid. This stuff is usually fine if the person knows what they are doing with it.

Liquid dosing would be your best bet, but trying to drop that individually while being accurate onto blotters is going to be difficult. But it might be better going for slightly larger perforated paper than is used on trips. That'll be fine too since you'll most likely be dosing a single tab rather than say 3-4 like you would for acid.
 
Yep sorry being agressive but it remember me bad days... I eat 2 blotters because I thought I was ripped off cause the first blotter didn't work after 2 hours after the ingestion...

so to grab at numbers, there's about 38 experiences on erowid, and over 10 deaths from overdose

to compare this to LSD, there's 1180 experience reports on erowid, and 0 deaths from overdose

like as ratios........ this is bad statistics

Usually alcohols like everclear or perhaps IPA are used for things like this, but if the blotters are still connected, using a dropper to dose each hit can make them very uneven and that can be dangerous. Also I have no reason to assume the TS is going to share this with others or to assume that he absolutely will not do this.
The problem with sharing is that if it trickles down to a friend of a friend of a friend, there is bound to be a moron somewhere who doesn't know what he is doing and giving it to random people at festivals or god knows what.

What is the problem with using volumetric measurement aka liquid measurement to make a dose 1 ml, and by using vodka as a solvent? Then keep it somewhere very safe, away from children as well as adults. More or less the same rules apply as for DOB only its even some 4 times stronger approximately.

Before I let anyone help this guy beyond giving basic info on a solvent I wanna know why does it have to be blotters? That's the perfect most horrible way to get it misidentified unless they are big blotters that clearly say Bromo-Dragonfly in text. And even then, if some ignorant person never heard of the stuff he might still think: Oh cool this must be some strong acid if it's gonna make me see homosexual dragonflies zooming around.

DOB-DRFLY is a perfectly safe compound when dosed appropriately. The problem is a lack of education on how to use the material properly, not the material itself.
 
^ And most of the issues with people overdosing were when it was sold as a chemical with a dramatically higher dosage, e.g. a 2C with a 20mg+ dosage :\ Although I don't imagine anyone would die, if someone was selling LSD crystal as say 2C-E, a lot of people would get hurt.
 
^ well yes of course but the market for this is totally unlegitimised and this is causing real problems. if it was legal and regulated and made by professional chemists, or if you knew anyone chemistry-inclined and you trusted them with your life, i'd consider it, but the way it stands i'd avoid

Can only agree with the others. If you have to try that extremely potent substance, don't put in on blotters. It's a surefire way to deadly accidents. No joke.

Due to these properties you want to be very sure of the applied doses. Eye dropper is certainly not accurate enough. Have you thought about using gloves and a face mask? Unproper handling can kill you. Again not kidding.

Guess it would be nice to know where the TS is living to be able to avoid blotters in that area.

Always research your chemicals before dosing. Thankfully bromo doesn't really go about on blotter on a large scale anymore, but seriously look up online and find out a bit about what you're taking before dosing because with bromo it isn't often like acid, acid is more profit based, with bromo that drop on the blotter is usually supposed to be enough for anyone, while with acid some people can take up to 10x that easily in a session.

It's also worth mentioning that acid is much easier to get a hold of compared to bromo. Hence there being more reports, most of these overdoses are accidental (not knowing what's on it) or simply by not researching the chemical.
 
You probably don't need another person warning you, but I wouldn't put it on a blotter. If you give it to friends, it will eventually be given to someone as "LSD" and somebody will get hurt. If you have to put it on blotters, get a blotter with a picture of a dragonfly or something. Or better yet, just put it in a gelcap. Blotters have traditionally been used for LSD, and somebody is bound to think or pass it off as LSD if you put it on one.
 
Actually, liquid measurement is by far the best way to dose this compound. Make the soln fairly dilute as to minimize margin of error when dosing, eg 0.25mg per mL or so. Definitely do not put it on blotter, and also don't try to weigh out individual mg doses if you don't own a really nice analytical balance capable of accuracy with such small masses. Weigh out 100mg, and then mix it into 400mL of water/EtOH (80:20) or whatever... then you can just use a regular oral syringe with volume gradations to deliver the dosage you want. Make sure the soln is thoroughly, thoroughly, thoroughly homogenous before you dose any... personally, I would wait a few days and agitate the flask periodically during that time, before I actually dosed any... that will ensure that it has all gone into solution.

Also, don't store it in a mason jar... its too easy for solvent to evaporate out of those things... Fork over the few extra bucks and buy a volumetric flask or an amber vial for storing the soln, you can find that stuff easily online.
 
First, by no means is it going to be given out in bulk nor to random people or in anyway misrepresented for profit. I only mentioned blotters because of the idea of using the liquid measurement system since a microgram scale is too expensive to even be mentioned. If there is a safer way of consuming individual doses, it would be great to hear them. The gel cap idea seems like it may be a good idea, although am unfamiliar with using them. Safety in dose is the most important thing to be considered with this compound, which is the reason for the question. 100mg is the smallest amount that can be obtained.

I am sorry for the people who have had overdoses and terrible experiences with this compound. The info being sought is to make sure that these experiences are not repeated.

Sorry my friend but let's not give people the wrong idea. Others are reading along as well.
The message I have to insist we emphasize as BL/PD is that liquid measurement alone is sufficient. No carriers.
