That's how I usually plug. With a 1cc syringe with the needle broken off. I've never had any problems.

Yes, that is perfectly fine. Just make sure you take the needle off first ! You don't want yourself a bloody butthole, now, eh?

Yes it is a good idea.. Voiding your bowels allows the membranes full ability to absorb the compound, otherwise your poop has the tendency to want to hog to goodies thus not being able to effectively be absorbed.

i been constipated for months cause of opiates. hopefully this doesnt make it not work as good

If you are constipated, there is a good chance it will not work very well. You need to try and have a proper bowel movements. Abstain from opiate use for long enough that you start detoxing, this way your bowels will speed up. Otherwise you need to invest in a stool softener, or a laxative, or even an enema if nothign else works.
