Tramadol...One more thread please I need answers I can't find

can i take 250 mgs of tramadol and 5mgs of diazepam AGAIN lol yes im bacc for those who remember me frum yesterday, its the 4th day str8 O_O, i kno it wont hit me as hard cuz i also had 15 mgs of hydro n me yesterday and the fact its 4days str8, but 1MORE day, I wana get fucked up. I shuldn't get addicted if I take it again for the 4th day right? It's seriously my last day and Im done for awhile.
 
The only issue your getting into is a Diaz habit, mixing the 2 in itself isnt an issue as far as I know.

4 days in a row for the Diaz at that level should be fine physicaly it takes about 2 weeks IME to need to taper and then its pretty short, but make sure this is the last day and you dotn end up 3 months down the line still taking the Benzos.
 
You don't think Ill have a seizure taking 250mgs of Tramadol though? It's the 4th day str8 taking at least 100mgs of it, Will I go through withdrawls tommorow If I take right now you think? Im not sure how the withdrawl thing goes

because im not going to take anything tommorow forsure
 
Wait for a mod with more medical knowledge but I was under the impresion that Diaz would reduce the chance pf siezure not increase it, thats why they use ot for alcohol withdrawal, but I'm no doctor
 
Fucc it, Im going to wait till tommorow and let both my tolerances to both drugs go down slightly and take a little break. Then tommorow I won't have to worry about the seizure tramadol thing. Because I think since I took them around 12am last nite, I still felt high waking up this morning, so I feel the tramadol is still slghtly in me possibly? so basically gonna wait one day then tommorow have some fun and maybe have hit me harder to.
 
Just be careful with the Diaz it sneeks up on you and before you know it you hav a habit that's a bitch to shake off, I could stop it dead today and face down the WDs but ypou don't have thta option due to the siezure risk, so I'd support a break, dont start using it daily or you will end up with a habit.

Seizing from tramadol is more likely from taking a lot in one go (generally accepted safe level is 400mg/24 hours although some people have seized off less and some can take more and be okay) than from repeated dosing over several days - the amounts you have taken each day are within the daily limits so in theory you should be okay, but the fact that you can still feel it means it is probably wise to take a break! Although you shouldn't have problems with physical dependency after 4 days, psychological addiction is a different matter - the more days you take it, the harder you are going to find it to stop so I am glad you are taking a day off.

Tramadol lowers the seizure threshold which makes you more likely to seize; diazepam raises the threshold, making it less likely. So you are less likely to have a seizure on diazepam, although 5mg is a low dose and I wouldn't rely on it for that reason! The problem with diazepam and seizures comes when you are physically dependent on it then stop - that is when you can have seizures. Benzodiazepine withdrawal can be dangerous and even fatal..

Interesting reading: list of medications which may lower the seizure threshold (making seizures more likely so try to avoid combining with tramadol!)

Maybe in some things but pharmacology ain't my ting I leave that to you Mods, or Tripman I'll start rantin at me wiv his breeze=D

Like atm said, watch out for the Diazepam more so than the hydro/tramadol. Benzo addiction is nasty, one of the worst psychological addictions IMO.
