realized im a crazed hypochondriac and will no longer let myself obsessively scan through medical articles to discover what possible diseases I may have

tired went to bed late , the upstairs neighbor gets ready for work around 3 am, hes a seasoned marlboro man and his hacking woke me up, 45 minutes later i caught 15 more minutes of sleep till he slammed the door at 4 am when he left for work, i been up since worked , now i got an na meeting i gotta leave for in 20 minutes

i'll prolly be looking like im using cuz i just wanna close my eyes
