Benzos So how long does lorazepam (Ativan) last??

I've read it's almost kpin length and some say like 4 hours


Also would you say half the strength of xanax is accurate like the equivallence charts say?



I put mine under my tongue and t diissolved into like a paste. One side says r and the other says 57 if I remember right

Lorazepam only lasts like a couple hours for me.

Clonazepam on the other hand lasts a large chunk of the day. It's something that is very easy to google btw.

I would normally use 0.5mg alprazolam orally, or 1mg lorazepam orally/sublingually. This thread should have been posted in Basic Drug Discussion.

That's why I posted. I got mixed reviews. I wonder what xanax would last you unless your exaggerating a bit

Ativan can last quite a while in a similar fashion to Klonipin, not quite as long but not really short. I can't really compare Ativan and Xanax because they are quite different IMO.

Lorazepams half life is 12 hours. I feel it 6-8 hours,like xanax. It seems to come on more like clonazepam(slowly), but I liked it better than K-pin. I'd say it's about half as strong as xanax.

Lorazepam isnt as long acting or potent as clonazepam.. I find lorazepam lasts more in the area of 5hrs while clonazepam effects me most of the day

I'm not exaggerating anything. Alprazolam lasts just about as long as lorazepam for me but is far stronger and more euphoric... for me.

Diazepam and clonazepam are the two common benzos that will last you hours.
