The SD "Show Your Progress" Thread

Great progress Renz. Are you doing a recomp now? or clean bulk. Looking good!
Guess its time for me to post another one.

My legs were/are my weakest bodypart. Calves dont really seem to grow, but my quads are finally starting to come in despite caloric deficit.
So here are my skinny legs in the morning:

Sort of a mix of both. My original frame is that of an endomorph. I started out at around 22% body fat and very little muscle. I basically starved myself to 6% doing MMA when I first began. (The first picture is of me when I was pretty much on a constant cut)

From the light state I was in, I've run a clean bulk. (Clean bulking can only get me so far). Now at 20 I cut or bulk depending on the season. I'm looking to gain a good solid 10 or 15 pounds and finally get my squats and deadlifts to my goal.

Height: 6'0
Weight: 162
Body fat Estimate: I don't care. Not low enough to be shredded, not high enough to be cleaning my diet.

Sorry for the lack of quads, I actually do squats, so I'm not avoiding anything, haha.

I'm guessing you're probably around 10-11% bf in your last pic. I'm not sure what your goals are, but you're at the perfect age, and seem to have decent enough genetics to get bigger.
Personally, I'd stay around that bf % and maybe get up to 170 or so, max. That's purely from an aesthetic pov, though, since I care about how one looks with clothes as well as without...

What's your routine like?
 
Thanx bro.. I know what you mean. I was always high bf and skinny at the same time. Obsessed with sixpack abs as a kid. Been on a slow cut al year. Didnt loose any strength at all. Last bit to 5.5% i will be upping calories on workout days some more but i will stay in a good deficit on rest days
 
Renz, you've given me some hope on the type of gains that can be had within a couple of years time frame.

heerutosen, I'm having probs finding that proper balance regarding calories. I'm41 so its hard to gain decent mass without adding fat :(. (sigh) getting old sucks
 
Yeah it definitely gets harder with age.. If you do -30% restdays + 20% workout days (try to get in all the starchy carbs postworkout) And keep it clean you will grow en stay lean. If you drop fat and dont grow you up the calories on workout days but stay in deficit on rest days.

My sister is good. She moved out and lives next door to me with her boyfriend and 3 other room mates. Sometimes I go up there to have a wine cooler or two or play video games with her roomies which happen to be friends of mine now.

It's great that you're doing better. Are you still on methadone?

I usually run ABxABx. Rather than focusing on "push-pull" natural routines, I base my work outs around certain compound lifts. Since, in my opinion, it's better to get as much natty growth hormone flowing with every work out.

So I will have "squat day", "Dead lift day" "Bench press day" and do other isolation/compound movements.

Cool. I like changing things up every 4 or so months. Right now I'm doing a 5 day split centered around compound lifts with some isolation thrown in afterward.

I'm not doing any cardio, but I'm thinking about starting that again. I'm 6' 170 and about 13% bf. I'd like to get to around 10%, which would put me around 165 or so. Just gotta clean up by diet and start some cardio to get there quicker.

CG, yeah, that's why I figured you were doing them. I wonder if you'll go through some nice gains right after you drop the methadone.
 
This is me postworkout (arms+chest) Gained a bit of muscle and a slight bit of fat (used to be 7%, but around 10% now) will transfer into a recomp to get to 6% while keeping as much mass as i can.

The Methadone is actually helping me a bit. I think it's the reason I am able to tolerate so much Trenbolone Aceate, T3, and Clen.

I've come such a long way though. By this summer I will be looking fierce.

Nice! Will you be posting some progress pics? Im having a really hard time with the last bit of fat myself.. What is your take on clen? I like what it does on paper, but almost everyone in the dutch forums is pretty negative about it's results.

Yeah I will be eventually. I got pictures from when I was a junkie, when I got sober, when I started diet, when I started working out, when I started juicing, and when the juice really started to take effect.

I like Clen. It's good to use in short bursts to aid fatloss. It's even better when you run it with T3, but the only way you can run Clen and T3 at the same time is if you are running some kind of anabolic to preserve muscle.

Some people don't like it though and prefer either an ECA stack to lose fat or T3 combined with an anabolic steroid to lose fat.
 
Cool.. Maybe ill try a short Clen cycle before summer starts :)
I will be rolling a couple times during festival season. You have any idea how long before rolling i have to quit clen?
