how can i potentiate vyvanse after ingestion?

Not quite sure. I think like Tums are the way to go. Again, really not sure about this, though.

you need to take the antacid prior to dosing to prolong different amphetamines effects. yes pepto bismol is an antacid.

as far as i know there isn't a way to truly potentiate amphet's after having dosed.

nope^ taking antacids before vyvanse will NOT help as lis-dexamphetamine must go through first-pass metabolism in order to have any effect. in the liver, enzymes cleave off the lysine molecule, and the resulting dextroamphetamine is absorbed through the first intestine. antacids or sodium carbonate only potentiate amps that are absorbed in the stomach i.e. dextroamphetamine (but NOT lisdex ofc) and methamphetamine

Yup.

Although urinary alkalinizing agents should slow down the rate of excretion if I'm not mistaken.

Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and Tums (calcium carbonate) are both antiacids and urinary alkalinizing agents, so, at least in theory, they will poteniate even Vyvanse. They still have to be taken before the Vyvanse (or other amphetamines) are taken, however. A solid 30-60 minutes before taking the amphetamine in question is effective. Waiting longer is better, up to 90 minutes or so.

It should slow down the rate of excretion, but it won't make much of a difference in the absorption as laCster mentioned.
