Various combination questions

Is there danger in combining any of the following:

Peyote
Oxycodone
Kratom
DXM (won't do that with Peyote, I know that)
DOI
Salvia (won't do it with Mushrooms)
Mushrooms
Dermorphin
Celebrex

I also wonder if the kappa opioid activity of Salvia will interact in any way with the opioid activity of Oxycodone, Kratom or Dermorphin. I had Salvia a day after I did oxycodone (for regular pain), and it was strongly different in a good way.

Okay, I have no idea what dermorphin is, so I am gonna leave that out of my response. You may combine the salvia with anything on that list, and you will be safe, it might be a hell of a trip but it is pretty safe. Salvia's kappa-opioid receptor action is indeed very real, and it would change how opiates and salvia would feel if used together, but I am not sure exactly what it would do. Don't mix serotonergics, peyote, kratom, dxm, doi or mushrooms together because of the possibility of serotonin syndrom, potentially lethal. Celebrex should be okay with everything, it is just an NSAID, I don't know if it screws up metabolization of anything, though. Opiates + Opiates just equals more opiates, kratom is fine with opiates. In fact opiates, but not kratom, are pretty much fine with everything else on the list, but maybe not higher doses of DXM. Hope I helped some. Just basically avoid serotonergics being mixed together, very dangerous. Be cautious with DXM mixed with opiates. Umm, hope I helped.

Can you be more specific about that? I know about serotonin syndrome, I will avoid mixing DXM with peyote, but is there any reason why any of the following would be a bad idea?

Peyote and Kratom
Kratom and DXM
Kratom and DOI
I know Peyote and DOI would be fine, they are similar.
Same with Peyote and Mushrooms
And I've heard that DXM and Mushrooms are fine and interesting together.
Mushrooms and DOI should be fine too, both psychedelics, although I wouldn't want to taint my Mushroom trip with speedy DOI.
There is one report out there, that I know of, of Kratom + Mushrooms, and it turned out awful.

I know it's a lot to think about. I don't expect all the answers.
