I Wan't Sleep!

Ok i have had two stillnox 12.5 slow release tablets so far and still cannot fall asleep, i have some lorazapam there aswell if i wan't it, i still have another stillnox left also. is there a safe combo that will get me to sleep? i think my insomnia is a side effect from my champix in which i take to quit smoking.

lol i took the first stilnox 2 hrs ago, then an hour later had another, its been another hour and i still cannot get to sleep.

well the time release ambiens are meant more for sleep maintenance not for the initial knockout. Taking more of them is not going to make you fall asleep faster but will leave you rather drowsy when you try to wake up the next day...

I'd say lorazepam could help but idk your tolerance to benzos so I can't recommend it. Its generally a shorter acting benzo so it shouldn't stay in your system as long but i've also personally never tried it for sleeping so i can't make any claims about its hypnotic efficacy

helps me though not always if I have alot on my mind I would need a cookie or two at least if not something stronger it helps also waking up early for me
