Taking Buprenorphine and/or Tramadol safely please

i have in my possession somw Tramadol 100mg slow release (i plan to by-pass the slow release by crushing them) I also plan to take no more than 400mg Tramadadol due to increased risk of sezuire.

In also have in my possession plenty of 0,2mg buprenorphine which ive been advised to eat subligually (let them dissolve under my tongue)

I am prescribed venlafaxine 150 mg ER per day also.

I have no idea of the interaction with any of these drugs, my ,main concern is seizure, serotonin syndrome etc although i hear the risk is extremely low.

I have many Benzos in my body right now (i have a disgusting tolerance to Benzos) So right now in my body i have Alprazolam, Diazepam, Flunitrazepam , Lorazepam and Temazepam.

Along with some DHC and some Promethazine (for DHC Potentiation) and a little bit of alcohol (and a joint of weed )although this was many hours ago now.

My question is am i safe to mix all these drugs without hightening my risk of seizure or serotonin syndrome?

Bare in mind i have a massive Benzo and Opiate tolerance.

Any advice appreciated greatly please.

What should i leave in? What should i take out? which ingredient added/taken away will make it safer? What should i expect?

leave out the venlafaxine, and you are on plenty of benzos. as long as you stay below 300-400mgs, you shouldn't have a seizure

Ive already dosed my daily the Venlafaxine but this was a good 8 hours or so ago....

Maybe leave it another 4+ hours without the Venlafaxine before i indulge in the rest?...... Although im not that sure how much difference it would make as im sure the Venlafazine would have built up in my blood stream to a quite sizeable consistent amount now that ive been on it for over 8 weeks!

4 weeks @ 75mg per day split dose

Just over 4 weeks @ 150mg per day in one dose

dude, you are on enough opiates and benzos to kill a naive user; why do you need a shitty drug like effexor??

i personally love suboxone + tramadol + xanax/klonopin + weed. great combination.

I only take the Effexor because its prescribed.

40 + mins or so after 0.4mg bupe and not feeling a great deal.... im thinking crush the tramadol (400mg) and ingest or maybe another 0.2 bupe? Then a few either Valium? xanaz? or flunitrazepam? then go smoke some weed?

how are you taking the bup?? snorting gives the best effect, besides IV...

do not take the tramadol! even if you've skipped your venlafaxine dose for a day or two. the extended amount of time you've been on it gives time for the drug to build up to steady levels in your system, taking longer times to clear when abstained - you've clearly stated this and yes, you're right. it could take weeks.

it will drop your seizure threshold and you'll be at a risk of serotonin syndrome.

venlafaxine will increase the level or effect of tramadol by affecting hepatic enzyme CYP2D6 metabolism. Serious - Use Alternative.

Significant - Monitor Closely

venlafaxine and tramadol both increase serotonin levels. Significant - Monitor Closely.

Minor

venlafaxine + tramadol

venlafaxine decreases effects of tramadol by decreasing metabolism. Minor or non-significant interaction. Decreased conversion of tramadol to active metabolite morphine.

DO NOT take trams and Effexor together.

Also, if you are taking DHC, don't take suboxone, or you will go into precipitated wd's, which feel terrible.
