i've heard of people IVing Fentanyl but i've never done it myself. please tell me how much of a patch to IV. ALSO please tell me STEP BY STEP on how to prepare a patch to be IVed. please include how to separate the dose from the patch to make sure im doing the right dose. also please include how to preserve the rest of the patch after i open it.
im going to do this no matter what, i know that it is not that smart and i know of all the dangers. so please just help me be safe when i do it.

ALSO i only have 30 unit needles. so please add how many units of water i need to use along with how much of the patch. thanks again.
 
even the smallest patches have 4mg of fentanyl in them. to extract that then measure out 25-50 micrograms is very difficult, and very dangerous. Please don't try this.
 
First of all we need to know what type of patches you have because I think you have to have the ones with the gel in them to IV them. Second of all, it's extremely dangerous because there's no way to accurately measure out a dose.
 
to be honest, this is just stupid. IVing fentanyl is a GREAT way to kill yourself. thats the best advice you can get at this point.
there is NO good way to measure out your dose of fentanyl, honestly, just smoke the shit, it'll be alot safer, and you'll get just as high. I've had IV fent before, and to be honest smoking it is much more pleasurable in my opinion. IVing is more mellow and less of a rush (however odd that sounds, its true)
 
70% of the stories I hear at the methadone clinic about people IV'ing fent, they ended up OD'ing and dead.

If you have the matrix patches i thought you could more accurately gauge the dosage of fent you are extracting. Am I wrong with this?
 
This is one of the worse ideas I have heard on bluelight.ru and I hope no one ever attempts this method as the act itself it translates to suicide or accidental overdose if you will.

Under no circumstances should you intravenously (IV) inject Duragesic (fentanyl) patches containing gel into your body. There's no way to accurately measure the dose in question. It is guaranteed that you will stop breathing within seconds of injecting the gel into your body. The only smart way to inject fentanyl is to use the same vials doctors use for anesthesia in a clinical setting under constant monitoring of an anesthesiologist.
 
There is no concrete information on how to safely perform this action with the matrix systems, but I would imagine it is just as dangerous as the few brands that contain the gel. So, yes, I would say you are wrong, my friend.
 
Oxide has the right idea. Know your tolerance also before you wear one of these. There are plenty of dose calculators and even information on bluelight that could help you determine the right size of patch to wear.

If you value your life you will not attempt to IV a fentanyl patch. That is all you need to know.

I am in NO way saying its safe. IVing fent even if you have a ridiculous tolerance is still very very very dangerous. I was just saying that it is a much more accurate way of measuring out the fent mcg vs the gel. I agree with everyone here, that extracting fent from gel or matrix patch is in no way a good idea. If you REALLY dont want to just wear the thing (which is what you should do) dry out a place on your cheek or gums and put a portion of that patch there. (This is a much more dangerous way, and it kicks in quicker and harder) I dont recommend this way either but PLEASE do not IV this. I know H users that are afraid of Fent, if they are afraid (I know some that have a $100 a day tolerance and the H they have is good (meaning strong) and they wont touch Fent for shit unless they are sick with WD and even then they just wear it and put a heating pad on it (putting a heating pad on it patch where it is places on your skin increases the amount of Fent that is released so it isnt the 25/50/75/100mcg an hour but a larger portion of it) Even then thats so dangerous man... I hope you consider what everyone has said about DO NOT FUCK WITH FENT it needs to be respected. It can and will kill you if you do not respect the strength of it. I hope this helps, i dont mean to be a whiny bitch and talking to you like im a scaredy cat, but this shit isnt something to go around fucking with.
 
Not trying to flame brobut listen to what the others have tosay. IV Is onestrong mofo and it should NOTbe toyed with.If you do decide be vary careful and postin here to letus know how it went.
 
I love opiates and IV'ing, and I imagine my opiate tolerance is considerably high but IV'ing Fentanyl is one thing that I would never think about doing. I don't enjoy Fentanyl either way, It just makes me nod/helps with back pain, so I might be biased in saying this, but get rid of that patch and get yourself some better opiates!

Edit: I would just imagine IV fentanyl would just make you irrefutably sleepy either way. I think some hospitals use it to aid certain local anesthetics... maybe?
 
I have IV'd the fent gel before, I put a very small like the size of a pin head glob of gel on the spoon, mixed with water then shot it BUT I have to say I do not reccomend this as I have read horror stories! I felt very funny and paranoid after doing it and kept worrying that I might od so I really don't think I'd ever do it again! It really wasn't a pleasant high at all. I know a guy who ended up in the hospital because you don't really get a rush from the fentanyl no matter how much you do, he kept increasing the amount trying to get a rush and ended up od'ing and damn lucky he's still alive so it is very scary and nothing to mess around with! IMO smoking or chewing on a small piece then tucking it between your cheek and gum is safer and better but you still must be careful with how much you do.

It is not safer to smoke a piece of plastic and then chew on it rather than wearing it on your skin as intended.
 
^^Good Lord, obviously I am a stupid fucking idiot and can't say anything right on here without getting shit jumped as I saw others who gave different suggestions on ROA so assumed that's okay 8) And yeah, smoking it or chewing on it would be safer than IVing=less chance of od'ing, a person could also OD and die wearing it as prescribed and putting heat on it as another person in this thread suggested. This site fucking sucks, going somewhere people aren't such assholes who get their jollies off picking on new people.
