Also feeling sore, though it's largely from running.

I can see the results in the mirror and I can feel them when I put my hands to my chest, legs, abs, or back, so that is most enjoyable. :) However, I am feeling extremely drained lately. My calf which was already quite sore, is starting to feel bad sore, as in overdoing it might strain it so I have to be careful of that. :|


Put in a solid 4 weeks of working out now. I really wish I had taken a picture of when I was tapering off oxy/sub in October. It's not like I've gained a ton of weight or got huge or anything, but my skin has a healthier color and I no longer have the skin & bones look.
