(Xanax/4mg)+(Diphenhydramine/200mg) First time with either; Can't Remember A Thing

So me and two friends wanted to smoke some bud, couldn't, ended up sitting in my friends attic with nothing to do. I had a bottle of Xanax with me, none of us did this before, although I did not incriminate myself. We each took 4mg at about 10 PM, slight body buzz, pretty boring. We heard this is the most we should go for a starter dose so we waited about an hour and a half, still no improvement. My allergies had been acting up, so I asked them to come to the bathroom with me to find some allergy meds. What we find is DPH 50mg pills (meant for sleep aid). We each popped about 4 of these at around 12, may have been up to six though. This is where I start to blank out. I remember leaving the bathroom and relaxing on a couch with one of my friends (Andrew) while the other is upstairs doing something on his own (Sean). Can't remember what happens here, we soon go upstairs to Sean and I decide to take a few bong hits of some resin we had collected before the night started. It didn't do too much, but it was well worth doing. I know at this point we are sitting in a bedroom, two of us on a bed one on the floor. Andrew (on the floor) throws a pen at my face (he gets really violent when high on anything) and it actually left a pretty big cut. I also remember the same friend decides to set a bunch of paper on fire, soon enough there's a mini fire going on inside a drawer and so I quickly throw all the bong water onto it, and thankfully it worked. Andrew then decides to pee inside the drawer probably thinking it'd somehow help. We go downstairs to watch TV and he forces us to watch some documentary of something none of us cared about. We all eventually go to sleep. We wake the next morning remembering practically nothing but what I just told. I have no idea if anything from when we took the DPH is in the right order or if it even happened. We all slept a good 15+ hours the next day and didn't feel right until two days later. I also woke up with about 15 small puncture (pin sized) marks across my arms, and had NO idea what happened with that. This is a really bad idea to anyone who wants to try DPH, just don't do it. Really dangerous, irresponsible, etc, and I'm really thankful nothing bad happened.

man, doesnt sound like a lot of fun...
but i guess whats really lacking here is some direction to it all. i mean dont get me wrong, im not trying to be an ass, and i love bumming around with friends as much as the next guy, but just popping random pills and various doses while already under the influence of other drugs sounds just like a recipe for disaster. which it might have been had you not put out that fire in time.
peeing in the drawer? seriously? not being right for 2 days after? pinmarks on the arm?

please be more careful next time, and if you dont have the proper drugs or the proper set and setting, just dont do it. its not worht it, and most times, in situations such as these, you wouldve been better off getting some beers, nachos and an xbox.

Yeah I understand what you're saying man. I should've probably put a warning in there. This was definitely NOT fun and incredibly stupid. This trip report was mainly meant to persuade anyone from doing DPH all together I did have a fair amount of prior knowledge of both drugs in the first place though, knowing they wouldn't have adverse reactions combined, but still. I did think you had at least a little control of your actions, but I was completely wrong on that.

I wouldn't blame the memory loss completely on the DPH , even though you only took a little bit of xannax , that shit reallllly fucks with your memory trusttt meee. me and my friends used to take you know 5 to 6 , 2 mg bars so ide end up in a single night with about 12 mg's in me and a couple grams of weed and wake up the next AFTERNOON because we'de stay up till the sun comes up feeling like it was only an hour or two and wake up with no recolection of the night before.. we did this plenty of times till i realized it was really starting to scare me looking through my phone to find half hour long videos i took the night before but it was literally like i was seeing it for the first time..

If words could have came to mind after I read this, I would have said something similar to what Kingme said. We have all done something a bit reckless in our lives, and usually we learn from it but you guys put yourselves in alot of potential danger. Please learn and don't repeat.

IMO, 4mg is way too much alprazolam (Xanax) for a first timer. It's not surprising you experienced amnesia, especially with the diphenhydramine in the mix.

Xanax, or other any benzodizepine for that matter, isn't very fun at any dose for me. 2mg maximum should be enough to feel it fully, taking more does not make it better.

Just save it for when you need to sleep or are having a panic attack.

It was the xanax that made you black out, not the dph... although I am certain that did not help. 4mg is a high dose without a tolerance.

Also, your "friend", Andrew sounds like an imbecile. You could do worse things than deciding to not associate with him anymore.

I am assuming the parts you are forgetting are probably just hours of smoking imaginary cigarettes or lying on the floor drooling. Could be wrong, but don't think I'm far off.
