Benzos Temazepam Sucks

Swim was just wondering if anyone else doesn't feel anything off of these 30mg capsules. They are brutal and swim can take 10-20 capsules and not even be that high (swim takes all his benzo's sublingually, even the temaz, just crack em open and pour the powder under my tongue). Swim hasn't even been doing benzo's for very long, probly like 2 weeks. He also has a script for 90 2mg xanax and those were also gone in less then a week (did sell some of them though). That's not counting the clonazepam that was purchased from a buddy at least 40 of em [1mg's], and other xanax (1's and .5's) off the street. Swim doesn't know what's wrong with me shouldn't i be wrecked off these. Oh ya swim forgot to mention he's on 110mg of methadone (for about 5 months) but besides that swim doesn't really do anything else except drink occasionally and smoke cigs + weed. Maybe swim need to take a break, swim doesn't get his refill until the 18th of December. I'm thinking of cutting out the restoril completely and trying to get 2mg clonazepam or could try and get something exotic like triazolam or nitrazepam. Any input or Advice would be appreciated, thanks!

You're DEFINITELY WRECKED but just dont realize it. I wouldn't try to do too much on those amounts of benzos.

Please read the forum guidelines before posting, we don't allow the use of swim for the simple reason that it allows you no legal protection and doesn't make it any easier on us to read through your query.

As for the question, it's entirely subjective. I think we have a big and dandy benzo comparison thread around here somewhere I'll be sure to look when I have time.

I didn't much care for temazepam either. I'd look into different hypnotic benzos if your needs aren't being met by the current. Clonazepam is a wonderful benzo for anxiety as it's not sedating and has a very long half life, might put you to sleep, but there are certainly better benzos for your required need.

Do not use the word SWIM! Not only is it useless in terms of protecting yourself but it also makes for a very very annoying read

Temazepam is my favorite benzo by far. It's not nearly as potent as say clonazepam or alprazolam (20mg's of temazepam = 0.5mg of clonazepam or alprazolam) but potency has little to do with euphoria. It's the only benzo i have taken that actually gave me any true euphoria. I always just swallowed the capsules and maybe that's part of the problem with you not getting much off the temazepam. Does anyone know if temazepam works sublingually? 30mg's seems like alot to take that way especially multiple pills and there's a fair bit of powder in those caps. Just swallow them temazepam kicks in pretty fast anyway on a empty stomach.

Benzodiazepines are some of the most subjective drugs around and everyone seems to have their own favorite benzo. For instance alot of people like alprazolam alot but can't get anything off temazepam where as with me i hate the effects of xanax but love the effects of temazepam . In fact xanax is my least fav benzo. So everyone is different in how they react to drugs.

As others have said, we don't use SWIM here. Also, you slipped up and said "I'm" which would defeat the purpose if it was something we allowed on here, but alas it is not allowed.

In my experience, I find 30mgs of temazepam to feel like about 1.5 mgs of xanax, in terms of euphoria.
The equivalent therapeutic dose chart has .5 xanax = 20mg temazepam.

I'm failing to see the harm reduction value of this thread, so I am going to close it. One last thing... Be sure to taper off properly if you decide to stop. Taking such high doses and then stopping abruptly can result in convulsions, seizures, and tremors.
