yesterday night i had a party with a friend of mine! We took GHB and to be honest was one of my first time! I was feeling ok till when i got another dose and I started to feel strange. I should say that I didn't eat any food for dinner and my stomach started to be in pain. I had nausea and this sensation of vomiting but I couldn't throw up till I forced myself. After vomiting I felt so much better but the problem is that today I have a sensation of stomach upset. I can't eat any solid food and even drinks cause they stay in my stomach giving me bit of acid and reflux.

What do you think I should do?

How much were you taking? What is a solid powder that you dissolved, or what form was it in?

What did it taste like? Just water, or very stingy and chemically? Did you dilute it with anything before taking it? Just wondering if it was GHB or GBL.

Both make me puke but it would take more than 1ml of GHB.

Something doesn't add up you say you took 2 doses then start talking about the third being stronger ?, over what period did you take the stuff and how many doses, in general GBL is twice the strength of GHB liquid (a rough rule I know).

I wouldn't say your symptoms are unusual, juts think of it as a hangover, do you have a simple antacid to hand?

^ salty does sound lke GHB, but 1ml doses sound like GBL - and on the low side even for GBL for a lot of people, although I do know people who find 1ml to be their sweet spot..

OP, it doesn't sound like an overdose per se - maybe it just disagrees with you? Or it could be a coincidental stomach bug.. If overall you are well just feeling sick then I would rest, drink water, avoid food for a little bit.. stayting rehydrated is really important, try sipping clear fluids or rehydration sachets even. If you feel really unwell, I'd get yourself checked over by a doctor.

GBL can make a lot of people sicky. It's really important to space your doses out (2 hrs ideally) and stick to a dose that suits you.

all the doses after an hour from each other!!! It's def GHB yes I think it's like an hungover the point is may be that not having eaten i threw up BILE!!
Yes i have an antiacid!!! shall I take that? (Lansoprazole)

no many thanks for ur reply!!! I think it was an overdose cause I felt mmy breath going slower, confused, and sensation of vomiting! I took a bit of fresh air and I felt better after 10 minutes but then i went to vomit cause it was uncomfortable!!!!!

Drink a lot of water. I don't know a lot about GHB, but it could be related to ingesting too much potassium or sodium (depending on what salt form the GHB was).

Otherwise, it's likely just irritation to the stomach (though this is a lot more common with GBL), as well as hangover. The rebound effect can sometimes make people nauseous, though

Don't recommend taking the regular heartburn type antacids, the chalky dry pills. Better to look for an antihistamine type drug.

I had a fairly similar problem myself actually about a year ago, where for about a week I couldn't eat, I was constantly gagging, pain in stomach, etc., though that was from really excessive GBL use damaging GI tract. Was awful so hope you get better soon :)

nAON, I'm interested in why you would recommend an antihistamine for day after effects like this, not questioning your knowledge in the area but i would have reached for the antacid for reflux everytime. Do you mean something like Chlorphenamine (Piriton) or doesn't it really matter

Just my opinion, but I think that the regular antacids 'mask' the symptoms rather than treating it, and if you haven't been eating for a while, the negative effects of taking too many electrolytes can be amplified. So better to get something like H2 antihistamines or PPIs which actually reduce the amount acid being made in the stomach.

Ok now i understand! but unfortunately i don't think I have it at home! the point Naon is also about liquid like water tea!!! they just stop in the stomach with a pain in the upper side!!!!!

Don't think it is anything to worry about. You did a bit too much, nothing bordering on dangerous and then forced your guts up to get rid of it... Stomach will take a little time to get back to normal that's all.

Sounds like is a bath chemists batch of supposively 'GHB" but was actually just GBL + Sodium in it without a reaction properly.
