Lyrica + Synthetics

A few nights ago I was out with three friends, lets call them J, K, and G.

We where cruising around a gated community around my area when we decided to pull over at a 'dock' and smoke a bowl of some synthetic weed. I hardly ever smoke this stuff because I don't really enjoy the high and I'd much rather just smoke some real weed, but J and I had just ripped out some heroin so I wanted to try the combo.

After one hit from the bowl my whole body was tingling and I started feeling really weird, the bowl came around 4 or 5 more times.

We decided to get out of the car and smoke some cigs and we were all laughing from how weird we felt. K and G were acting kinda strange, they wouldn't stop moving. J and I were just chillin, enjoying our highs.

Then something strange happened, K got in the car and curled up in a ball in the front seat and wouldn't let me in, so I had to get in on the other side of the car. After about 30 seconds of sitting in the car K started puking violently, to the point where he was making a weird noise with his throat and nothing was coming out. It then reached the point that if something did come out it was just stomach acid, and he kept complaing how much it hurt and how bad it sucked. This lasted close to half an hour.

After some talking he told me he had taken Lyrica, and chugged a beer before coming out.

Now a little backround on K:
He's been experimenting with Lyrica for at least 4 years now and recently its been an everyday thing. He steals the pills from his mother almost everyday. I think each pill is 200mg and he takes at least 2, if not more each day.

So I just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts?
Was his violent puking from the lyrica? The synthetics? The lyrica and synthetics? Did the beer play a part?

Any thoughts?

It's most likely a result from the synthweed, if he hasn't had a reaction like this from pregabalin before. I assume you don't know what the chemical name that's in the weed, so there's really no way for us to give advice on any particular chemical.

Would personally advice against using any drug where you don't know what's in it - particularly with the synth weed, there have been some problems.

Well I know about once before where K had taken lyrica and smoked some weed and started puking, he also started puking when he had taken some lyrica and dxm, so that makes me think that its the pregabalin or just the mixing of chemicals.

Yea I'm going to stay away from synth weed from now on, its not to pleasent.

pregabalin and beer potentiate each other by ten folds, and i suspect this combo was the main culprit. i never got nauseous on lyrica nor did i ever puke from the combination of lyrica with other drugs.

synth weed is pretty sketch too. i refuse to touch that stuff as i just stick to the natural sstuff

He kept saying he was throwing up beer even though I didn't see much coming out of his mouth. He told me he chugged the beer right before he came out so I have a feeling that played a pretty big part in it. Just wanted some feedback.
