Opioids any way to seperate the tylenol from percoset 10?

my stomach is sensitive and i only have perc 10s from a recent car accident where i broke both legs. im in pain but my stomach kills when i take them bc of the tylenol. is there any other way to take them or seperate the acetometaphine from the percocet?

it's called a cold water extraction.

You can do a cold water extraction, look it up it's really easy but doing it with only one or two pills is going to be kind of tough. Are you sure it's the Acetaminophen that's hurtingyour stomach and not the Oxycodone? I sometimes get really bad stomach cramps from it. Feels like someone has my intestines in a vice grip.

im sure when i have oxycodone only im fine thanks for the info and i have about 6 pills left, will that be enough to do the cold water extraction with?

yes, that will be fine. A Cold Water Extraction should be performed always when taking more than a few tylenol-containing pills.

Yeah, use all 6 for the CWE but don't drink it all at once if you're new to it.

EDIT: I'm not too sure how long a cold water extracted solution will keep for though... Not more than a couple days in the fridge I think.
