extremely irritated

I paid off all my fines last month and my probation officer said it would be my last month and I would get early termination. She calls me today and tells me that they switched my probation officer to someone else and it is completely up to the new PO if I get off. This is after I already made plans to travel out of state to visit family. Hopefully she will sign the paperwork and let me off and it won't be a problem but it isn't cool to jerk people around like that.
