So unbelievably tired, somewhat my own doing with lack of proper sleep and somewhat a WTF why?
Some nights I haven't slept more than 2hrs and some nights I get 5-6hrs and SOME even more rare nights I get a full 8-9hrs. I always wake up extremely tired and worn out. Been clean for a couple weeks at least, maybe 3? can't recall.
I'm not sure if I'm getting REM sleep...maybe that's the issue? bah, this weekend I am going to sleep from 10pm friday night until 4pm Sunday. That should do the trick LMAO

I feel you, tweakyb. And you know? It's okay to feel like this sometimes, it's natural. It only becomes unhealthy when it is all-pervasive and goes on too long..

Eventually time will heal this.

Thanks for the PM, by the way <3

Apathy is a dangerous indulgence, please do be careful.

ATM: beat. 10 hour workdays (Carl L's got me beat, but still...) make for unproductive evenings.

Euphoric!

Got an unexpected extra day off and went to my favorite beach which was 100% mine, except for a couple of dog walkers, all day long from late morning to sunset. (Will post a picture in the photo thread--this beach is one of my favorite places on earth and today the dolphins, pelicans, sea lions and, yes, whales agreed!)

Horrible

My stomach hurts, I'm in a bad mood, I'm exhausted, I'm hungry, and I'm going into work for a 13 hour day.

ENRAGED

At least I felt better at work, physically. Then I was in a better mood later in the night, even though I was pissed because I can't find any herb (which is making me more energetic and quicker to snap). I had a plan though....go for a run after work!

Until someone moved my coat and they swear nothing fell out, but now my only inhaler is missing and I kind of need that for a run. So now I want to break things as I'm 99% positive it was in my coat before this dude moved it.

Oh, and 13 hours was a guesstimate, ended up being a little more than 15.5 hours.

GAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

whoa!---what kind of work do you do for 15 hours? that sounds terrible and inhalers aren't cheap! Sorry8(

Busy and alreadytired

Picked up the keys to my new house with the two nice normal people, family neighborhood, favorite area of town close to friends yesterday. And dammit, I am not moving again anytime soon! Also apprehensive as I'm taking a friend to a dental procedure about which he's very nervous (a cavity replacement, which is nothing, but he got Halcion for it - wtf).

well, that answers the question I just posed to you in the photo thread.:)

ATM: peaceful.

still riding high on yesterday.

@Mariposa--congrats on your new HOME instead of house.<3

It's cool, I was just annoyed at the time because I really wanted to go running and need my inhaler for that. Plus, the whole having to go get a new one when the other was perfectly fine is pretty annoying.

My stepdad has a banquet hall and catering business. Worked an outing yesterday that was about 30 minutes away and had a lunch and dinner serving. Then after that we had to cleanup the banquet hall and set up a new party. I hate working there, but it's partially a family obligation.

ATM: Feeling tired and aimless with the energy I do have.
