From what I've seen in films from your country on the subject, just find a pub named after a firearm and they'll probably have that firearm displayed and you can use that :)

Lefty has the good kind of Aussie back yard, mine always seems to draw Tiger snakes and other such nasties rather than the fun wildlife. Don't forget the possums that mate on your roof.
 
I have possums in my backyard too! Small world (actually it's huge, you're like 75% of an entire day in the future - it's weird)
