i stretch well, and would consistently get soreness a couple of days later when working out at the proper gym. DOMS?
Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
Yeah, I realise that me not getting much DOMS at all is pretty out-of-the-ordinary - it could be that I drink an effective replenishment blend (the oats/milk/banana/etc smoothie) straight after working out, the cold shower, the mineral-rich diet, the effective warm-up, anything really. There are a variety of ways to reduce DOMS for those who get it....google is your friend.
