I slept all day and have a cold, boo.. it's rubbish having a cold when there's no one there to look after you.
 
I'm sending positive karmic vibrations through the 7-dimensional aether effie. Can you feel them? Can you feel the healing? If that doesn't work, I might have to break out the gemstones...

Shit, you've got a karmic vibration resistant infection? This is what happens when they put karmic vibrations in every single handwash and soap, of course the pathogens are going to evolve a higher transcendental resonance frequency! Don't these people know anything about science? OK, I'm chanting to a chunk of quartz, smoking rhino horn, and rubbing sage oil onto my naked body. If that doesn't work, then nothing will.

I am using pioneering medical techniques to cure effie of her illness. In my scientific opinion, she is possessed by a demon, and we must appease it and drive it from this realm.

I am also seducing at least one other poster.

Its that time of year isn't it , I've had to travel into to London for the last three days which, due to current no car situation has meant a very early and cold journey on my scooter to the station also with a cold and the mother of all coughs.

Got the docs tomorrow rekon they will put up my Venlaflaxine (75Mgs at the mo) as the CBT lot have binned me off onto the face to face waiting list coz I'm to wonky to be fixed up over the phone, fair play I guess, she even suggested CBT may not be what is required and some straight up counseling might be better, I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Gotta get my car insurance mess sorted tomorrow before the frost and ice set in and I end up having a tumble on the scoot, at least its just a commute tomorrow and not the Thames Link and tube...that'll cut my benzo intake in half ;)

Ohh and the beards commin on a treat ...if a little grayer than I would have hoped for:D
 
Just sniffed another 0.5mg of bupe, that's 1mg for the day, and 20mg diazepam, the bupe/temaz combo was nice last night, lets hope the bupe/diaz combo is just as lovely :)

Anyone else having their weekend early this week? It is Saturday night now for me 8) Have tomorrow off work then back on the real Saturday.

Missus is out just knocked back XXMgs of Diaz + a couple of DHC tabs I got FOC, gonna go and wrap up on the sofa and try and get through the Moto GP without nodding off.

Work tomorrrow though:(
