How do you deal with a very small penis? Support and advice needed:

edit: I was asking how you deal with getting so anxious about it that anytime you think of hitting on a girl you just don't even bother because you think about it and you just try to save yourself the embarrassment. You talk to the point of asking for a phone number and you just stop because of this. You get hit on heavily and you play dumb and seem like a complete prude just to avoid any humiliation that might ensue. You avoid any situations in which you have to change clothes around ANYONE because of this. I was asking how you deal with that.

Its a tricky one from a male point of view as, I don't care what anyone says size is important to the owner.
But believe me when I say that if you get rejected by a women just vecuase you dont have a paticularly large one, see this link for seom real numbers not what you might think another guy has down there:-

Any way back to my point if a women rejects you purely based on the size of your penis you dont want anything to do with her anyhow, there (as I'm sure you know) are many other sexual activities that dont have any bearing on the size of you penis.

I know exactly where your coming from and what you wrote sums me up to a T. I have always been ashamed of my body being a bit tubby and the size of my junk. I use to deal with it by taking substances and drinking excessive amounts of alcohol whenever I was in social situations... Even while heavily intoxicated Im very shy and quite.
The one time I felt real 'non-chemical' induced confidence was when I lost around ~20kg a couple of years ago. Since then I've put the weight back on, I'm slowly trying to work it off by doing weights and doing more exercise. I'm hoping by losing some weight while gaining muscle my confidence will grow, is this something you can possibly do?

The average size of the penis is 4-6 while erect...so you shouldn't have a issue but then many guys don't have the confidance for their penis size.
I'm a girl so givingyou advice is well hard. One of my exs had about the same size as you I had NO issue for it I still had pleasure during sex so it didn't matter and I never thought different because of his size....

@ aussie, it is a bit of a struggle for me to do any physical activity as I'm a chronic pain patient. the world dealt me a wonderful hand lol...thanks for the suggestions though. I have been trying to cut down on my intake as I can't really do a whole lot of physical activity though.

What do you mean 2" girth? 2" circumference? Or 2" diameter?

This is exactly the right answer.
The advantage that a large penis has over a small one is its looking visually appealing to some, I suppose, but beyond that... there's no real considerable advantage.
The highest concentration of pleasure-registering nerve-endings is 2" inside the vagina, and the clitoris is front and center. You should have no problem at all pleasuring a woman with a nearly 5" penis...

It is basically just a matter of confidence and that can be a very hard thing to give advice for. While you may be a bit below average I can assure you that 4.5 is enough to fuck with. My understanding is that the vagina doesn't even have much sensation deep inside it anyway. Plus 2 inch girth doesn't seem too small and the vagina tightens around it anyway. As others are saying if a woman makes a big deal or laughs at the size of your dick she is not worth your time and I guarantee there are plenty of women out there with whom it would not be a problem.
Now, if you are REALLY worried about it I suppose you could look into things like male potency supplements, penis pumps ect. I wouldn't go down that route though except as a last resort. Another approach could be to try to hook up with women who have small breasts or something since they might be able to relate to you but that seems a bit of an odd and limiting thing to do.
