Piracetam because its more well-known, though I have heard Aniractem has some interesting anxiolytic properties

Hydromorphone (ninja edit: Opium) for sure. Aniracetam is actually quite nice. It does have anxiolytic properties IME.

Opana 40mg (old version) or OxyContin 160mg (old version)?
 
Oxymorphone because of exponentially higher nasal BA vs. oral BA, though, if taken orally, 40mg opana is roughly 80mg oxycontin.
