Without the darknet I would have been severely, and I mean severely, fucked when it came to finding drugs. I'm a quiet loner who keeps himself to himself so I had very few friends with "contacts" (as I believe the youngerz say.). Apart from the days when mushrooms were legal in 2004-7 and a few gifts from special friends (B9 gave me my first acid) it would have been a depressing world. So big up to the darknet and our tragic forefather Ross Ulbricht ("Judge, I know you will take my middle age years but would you please leave me my old age you snotty cunt?" "No Mr Ulbricht you can go and shite in an old bucket for all I care..")

This is exactly why I decided to back off from even starting to use it. I was like "nup" that's only gonna take me places I don't need to be. Relying on god-awful RL drug dealers was kind of traumatizing and so made use self-limiting. And when I lost contact with those I knew, that was that. No more meth.

There are some seriously legit dnm vendors I respect (haven't used it since 2020 ftr), and there are very obvious shady cunts. It's interesting what you can and can't get. RC psychedelic phens/tryptamines - very hard with a few exceptions. I used to see 5-meo-mipt and 5-meo-dipt a lot, most interestingly, but practically zero other RC psychs. Often 5-meo-dmt. Then you can could get 6 grams of 2c-b for less than 200 - do the maths, at 20mg a dose. NEVER seen 2c-i, 2d-d, etc etc. Ketamine - all over, both isomers, many different types. RC dissos? Nope. Nowhere.

You know, I would generally agree, but there were a lot of clearnet RC websites still active when first I started using the darkweb, based in Europe. Even direct from China. I'm surprised more people didn't take advantage, there was definitely demand, and there still are clearnet RC websites in Europe (less) (and presumably direct from china), but not they don't post to the UK. I'm just surprised nobody took advantage.

A friend of mine who lives on a farm in the middle of nowhere on the North Yorkshire Moors managed to get addicted to Crystal Meth when he was 21 (he's fine now, this was in 2012), that might not sound strange in some rural American setting but in the UK it is very much not something that happens without the Dark Net. I was generally pretty efficient at getting drugs, mostly LSD and MDMA from some good contacts I had before the Dark Net though undoubtedly when I became a regular of opiates it facilitated me getting high grade Heroin and Fentanyl (before it got it's bad reputation). Mostly the sites have become much more secure and more of a rigmarole to order things now too than it was at the beginning but it still seems viable for those with the know-how, for some reason PGP encryption seems to put people off despite being pretty straight forward.

The only reason I ever knew of Agora and this site was because of a very intelligent friend of mine who is no longer with us, R.I.P.

The only difference it made was that I nearly bought a gun (young and stupid) but didn't, given that I could get all of the drugs I needed from good sources right from the shithole I grew up in, as well as guns. It was fascinating but I never really understood why people would go through the hassle of using it. Older and wiser, I use surface web sites for benzos but other than that, I don't see the point unless you're after something particularly specialist.

It hasn't effected me at all but i worry that people who wouldn't have easy access can now get it delivered. When i started pills then heroin, heroin in Ontario wasn't easy to get. You had to know somebody and they were always very secretive. Now you can buy it online or fent on any corner.

More young people now are getting into drugs i never even heard of when i was 20

There are clearnet. Rc sites in the EU are still active with all the categories, ordered once it's quite expensive, but darknet not from me directly but from a guy of a guy of a guy friend found great ketamine and 10 grams in total app through two months did help me get off benzos and even pregabalin, which I now take twice a week...and I might say that no acid or shrooms could ever do what I experienced:

So on the third day without pregabalin and benzo, I was taking ketamine small crystals powdering and intranasal for some existential and introspective triping at home, and I remembered some things from my early childhood that struck me so hard that I couldn't believe it, and now I feel like I was born again 10 years ago.



so yeah from that connection I have pharmacy at my palm but I always go with small quantities as that don't raise a red flag

Like the best i have seen since 2010 easily and multiple forms available all at under or around £10 a gramme in singles even. Back to good times there. Still in disbelief at the quality of what is on the market and the prices these days. That was £7 for the 1 g delivered next day with real stealth.

In awe at the current prices on the markets. When single grams of mdma, ket and pre ban quality mephedrone are going for £10 territory and 5 grams of 10/10 amnesia haze like i haven't seen it done for years for £25 i think it's fair to say market price for most things has hit rock bottom. Cost of living crisis causing it maybe?

My cousin who is useless with computers asked me to have a look on the darknet for some H for him. I set everything up and as an experiment ordered myself some mdma pills, it was a free sample and only had to pay for the postage from some Dutch vendor.

From then on for the next two years I would order quite regularly until one order never arrived and instead I received a letter from border control telling me they had my controlled substance. So from then on I've not ordered anything from there, in fact I've not ordered anything from anywhere as I don't really have any contacts to get anything

Commercial blonde Moroccan has gone down in price. Been a while since you could get 10g for £50 etc. More and more people buying from Spain direct and reselling.

Weed has dropped off a bit since the highest point just before the pandemic. But has remained fairly constant say for top shelf UK modern strains at £250 ish for many years. Haze and Stardawg have got progressively cheaper. Can pick up 5g of top quality well grown and cured Amnesia now for £25. I remember paying £45 for 3.5g ~10years ago.

I barely smoke these days tbh. Used to smoke 7g a day. Now i'd estimate i probably smoke 1g a week at most.
