30 handstand push ups, tons of cartwheels, 100 crunches, walked a little bit. wanted to skateboard but didn't get to. really rocking handstand pushups tho.

all dudes love chest day! i fucking sit around the night before and tell my gf im so excited for chest day tomorrow and she giggles. hers is leg day.

for me, today is sword day. got lotsa watermelon rinds from eaten them all week, now ima go practice decapitating shit in the blazing hot 95F heat with my new broad-saber. then i think ill twirl my quarterstaff until the heat saps most of my strength, and recuperate with my all organic kale salad with turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, cumin, pink salt, and unrefined grapeseed oil to maximize some masculine vitality maintenance.
 
Yesterday: did my green belt test for Krav Maga. ~4hrs of non-stop action

Today: massage & recoup

After 2 weeks of no exercise, 4.2 mile trail run in the hot humidity.

^ I think you were getting some er... different kinds of exercise. ;)

Rode 11 miles today, 11 yesterday.
 
Went to Aikido and did a 90-minute class.
Rode my bike for around 30 minutes as well.
 
Ran about 6mi in an hour.
I've decided I need to get back into working out :D
Gonna try for cardio 3-4x a week & upper body strength 1-2x
 
First run in almost 2 weeks. I'm happy to report it wasn't as horrendous as I'd exoected, and we only added 1 minute to our PB. :)
 
Just finished 2 weeks of sanding scraping and caulking my granparents house. Tomorow ima start painting!
 
not much today, been doing too much ethylphenidate to commit to anything that draining or strenuous. Managed to swim for a few hours. To make up I've been using an exercise ball as a computer chair ;P
